Sprint just suck! The staff at this store was friendly. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store(in a lively manner), unlike the other location in Ocala. I was helped by Richard(I think). He was very informative, helpful and patient. My phone does not work and I have been trying to fix it for just about 3 months. I have called and spoke to numerous Sprint customer care personnel, technicians, etc. No one can help me. I have been to numerous stores in FL and out of state. I get the same answer. I need a replacement phone(without using my insurance and paying the deductible of $ 200-Iphone5S). They insist on testing and diagnosing it before attempting to give me a new phone. They have lots of so-called-advice, which I already know and heard more than enough times. Anyhow, I left my phone for a diagnosis and returned after an hour and a half to hear the same thing I have heard already. This time, the battery is the problem but they can’t replace it. I asked why, and they said because Apple has recalled a lot of the IPhone 5 phone because of battery problem. So, we can’t fix it when it’s a manufacture default. I needed to go to Apple and ask for a new phone because mine is one of the defected ones. Let me tell you, I have had this phone for almost two years and I can guarantee it’s a refurbish, and it was a replacement from Sprint, through my insurance. I then went to the iPhone store the next day. They told me yes, they had recall a few phones but that was a long time ago and it was specific(mine was not one of them). They also told me Sprint reps. tends to make things up and can be very in knowledgable. So basically, again I’ve gotten the run around which have been going on for months now! I’ve just about had it. I felt like they could have done way better when assisting me. Not much help was given. Josh the assistant manager was the one that wrap up with me. Maybe because he knew I was not going to be happy with the outcome. I just don’t understand why it is so difficult to replace my phone and keep a long time customer. I have been with Sprint for about 6 – 8 years. My contract ends in 3 months.

This company should b ashamed of every store and of any of there internet tex support On hold left my home drove there they were no help and came back and still on hold for 6 hours and advised over and over how much they wanted to take care of my problem ashamed of them
