This is a huge corperate company. I walked in, took a number, and oh by the way, your customers are just that, a number. After waiting, I show the nice man who works for Verizon one of my phones which I bought for my 86 year old mother. It is her only access to her family, friends, and use in case of an emergency. I bought this phone 5 months ago, the screen just whited out, so its not any good and she can’t use it. He said the warrenty has run out and I said I just bought it in August. After some digging, he found I was right and said we will have to send you another one in the mail. I said I didn’t want a refurbished phone and he said that’s just the way it is. I said I went through three refurbished phones before, and from my own experience, they are junk. I am sure there are plenty of other people who agree with me. Knowing my mother is 86, and will be 87 in January, he said well, you could buy her another new one. I said really! I bought a new phone 5 months ago, it quits, then you want to give me a used(refurbished) phone, and now you tell me I can buy another new phone and I can keep the refurbished one for a spare? You do not care about her having a phone. And God only knows when this junk refurbished phone will get here because of the holidays. You guys are a giant corporate piece of crap, preying on little 86 year old ladies and families who care about them. By the way, we have had that phone number since Maine Wireless which was before you took them over. Nice way to treat your good loyal customers!

A new location that is humungous and sparkles with a modern touch. You’ll find a ton of salesmen as well as an over abundant amount of charging stations. Even is you’re not here for their service there’s quite a large variety of accessories in every color. As with everything inside the store, the parking lot is large and is easy to get in and out of.
