Disappointing… I came here on my wedding day almost a year ago to have my hair cut and styled and I was incredibly pleased. So much that I wrote a stellar Unilocal review.
I called and left a message asking for a call to schedule an appointment almost 3 weeks ago and never received a call back. The voice message that picks up says you can also use the website to book an appointment… I emailed through the website and never received a response.
I’ve been trying to get a haircut here for 3 weeks and have waited patiently but sadly I realize I should move on to another salon that actually wants my business. Best of luck

I was searching for a salon without the solicitation. I found it. Very nice upscale, calm relaxing, respectful people. I’m always in and out. Once I come in the stylist is ready to do my hair. Love the atmosphere and art deco. I would recommend this salon to anyone who is looking to have their hair done by professionals and want to be in and out without the hassle.

If your looking for a great waxer and hair cut you will definitely find them here. A nice young lady by them of Jessica did my eyebrows and did a SUPER GREAT job!!! Unlike the nail shops who use some cheap oil she used a nice lotion to get excess wax off and barely plucked any hair she got it all with the wax in one swoop!!! she did a GREAT job… i did not get my hair done at that moment but did see her work on a different lady and looked wonderful! I am planning to go back in a few weeks to get my hair cut and colored by her!!! and i most definitely recommend her!!!

I finally have the hair I have wanted my entire life.
Think that is too strong of a statement? An exaggeration? Most of my life I have wanted straight hair. I have been grateful to have a lot of it, and it is fine and styles nicely. However, it has an annoying tendency to frizz. When I was younger, I could blow it out with a round brush and did fine, but as I got older (ahem) and those annoying elderly hairs started popping out, my hair got frizzier and frizzier.
Then along comes Petra at Exhale. Well, technically, I came along to Exhale, but that isn’t so lyrical. Anyway, Petra has cut, conditioned, styled, colored my hair over the last month-​and-​a-​half. She has tackled a chronic scalp condition. The has taught me how to use a flat iron and large curling iron to get sleek, smooth, wonderful hair.
And all for about ½ of what I would expect to pay for what I am getting. Bingo! (Shhhhhh…don’t tell anyone, they might raiser their prices).
Plus she is lovely. The shop is beautiful and the owner, Tameka, makes you feel like you are in her home.
Oh, and it is across the street from my job. Double Bingo!

Frankly, I use to hate getting my haircut; normally it was boring (no conversation) and the hair stylist usually screwed up that left me feeling abused and angry.
Along comes Tony Perez.
1) he’s talented and listens to what YOU want done to your hair; he also will add his input, if needed.
2) fun and easy to talk to
3) this Salon has a great location. I live in the city and can get to the Salon faster than most places in the city; and parking is virtually free at a parking garage across the street.
