Seriously! One must truly struggle to find some good in the pizza served here. How anyone can find this worth the money spent over any microwaved pizza is of a great mystery. Sadly even the server can see a form of decent to the establishment. When our server shared that this was the busiest they ever been it should speak, no it should scream to the owners that change is desperately needed. Bill’s pizza parlor is settled behind several other businesses as if it hides its face in shame. The dated ambiance is reminiscent of the 1960s dust and all. Dear owner welcome to 2016. If Bills’s desires to continue much longer than the entire vibe needs to be revisited. From the poorly thought out nursing home cracker crust to the products used to form what hides behind that name pizza. Nothing seems to scream come back and as a foodie it is recommended that one should never even try Bill’s

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. New to the area, not sure of the local pizza places and it was a late lunch. I ordered an individual pizza ahead of time to go. Place wasn’t busy and I noticed a lot of food(toppings) on the stainless countertop behind the countertop. Like it hadn’t been cleaned off all day. Figured they must have been busy with lunch and were just getting to clean it up now, although no one was in that area. Got my pizza and drove off. When I got a chance to peak at it to check it out, I was very disappointed. Totally overcooked — almost all of the cheese was brown. I should have taken a picture, but I was driving and I didn’t have a lot of extra time to get to my next stop. On the way, I figured I would give it a try anyway. Horrible! Like frozen pizza that’s been overcooked! No flavor, dried out and burnt cheese. And I will give most any pizza a try, I just love pizza. But, I couldn’t eat it. Bad, bad, bad. I decided to try Elizabeth’s after my next stop, since I was in that area and I was hungry. I left very happy with a slice of fresh cheese pizza and the folks there were very nice, too! I decided that this individual pizza from Bill’s Pizza was so bad that I would drive back to ask for my $ back. And maybe they would care about it. The same person was behind the register. She recognized me. I handed her the box and politely asked for my money back. She didn’t ask me any questions about what the issue was or if there was anything they could do to compensate(make another pizza? give a coupon? IDK, I’m not in the food business, but customer retention is very important, isn’t it?) I told her the pizza was way overcooked, but no other details. That was all the communication we had until after she took a few minutes and a phone call to give me my $ 4.59 back with a sheepish, «sorry about that». Really? That’s the best you can do? A customer takes their time to return to your place of business 20 minutes later to return food and that’s the best customer service you can muster? Not ever coming back… especially after I noticed that the stainless countertop was in the same disgusting shape with food all over it and since I was waiting for my refund, I also observed food scraps covering the kitchen floor and some on the pizza tray near the cooking equipment. The kids in the back were washing dishes, rather than cleaning up the food all over the place. Very unsanitary and well, gross!

We usually eat lunch here but we decided to have dinner here. For a Thursday night, they had a good crowd. I had the individual bill’s feast pizza & my boyfriend had the hawaiian pizza. Pizza was great as usual. They also serve beer & wine.

I have been eating Bill’s pizza, at various locations, since I was a small child. They make the best pizza in the entire world. Since I moved, I now drive over an hour just to eat there. Toppings are piled on. When you take a bite, toppings will fall off the pizza and onto your plate. All 2168 Herron Rd Whittset, NC27377 the toppings are diced and the sauce is super yummy. You cannot go wrong at Bill’s.

This pizza is cheap and cardboard-like. I ordered the barbecue chicken pizza. The toppings were ok, but the crust was way below average. You can go to the grocery store and buy a frozen pizza that tastes better than this. The service was decent but unfortunately due to the low quality pizza I will not be back. If you are visiting from out of town and you are from NY, NJ, Chicago, etc you will NOT be happy with this pizza.

Square pizza reminds of junior high lunch, and nothing noteworthy in the toppings — just a bit bland, dull It sausage and melted but flavorless cheese. Staff are courteous but as its called Bills Pizza and we didn’t see Bill we have to judge by the pizza — a distant second to Elizabeth’s in Oak Ridge, which itself is by no means pizza to write home about

The pizza reminds me of what you get in a school cafeteria with the little square topping and slices. It was ok, but nothing special, much like the mentioned school pizza. I think we were the only people in the restaurant that evening and the employees all appeared to be high school age. We went later in the evening and I believe we were the last orders of the night because the employees stood and watched us eat. A little uncomfortable and awkward. We found a specialty pizza that had most of what we wanted, but wanted to substitute one item for another. The server took the order without mentioning that they aren’t allowed to do substitutions until we got the bill and we asked about the extra cost. If we had known we would have been charged for the other topping, we would have kept it and still bought the additional topping. While the price doesn’t look high from the menu, we were shocked at the cost for what you get(especially after having to buy the extra topping). We have not been back due to the mediocre food, sub-par service, and low value for cost. I give a disappointing one start which is unfortunate due to the lack of options in the area.

Wanted to try a new pizza place on a Friday night and coming from up north I am accustomed to decent pizza. I ordered a regular pizza and some wings to go. The pizza was sub par at best. Maybe a small step above Ellios frozen pizza. The«jumbo» wings were actually really small! They were ok. Sadly I will get my pizza fix from somewhere else next time!

The crust of the pizza for me was the best part. It was nice and thin, while still being crunchy. I ordered an individual size margherita pizza. Overall, the pizza was very tasty and I enjoyed it though I have one(maybe negative) comment/observation. In my mind a margherita pizza has fresh tomato sauce with dollops of fresh mozzarella, sliced or whole tomatoes and fresh basil. The pizza I received had shredded mozzarella and finely diced tomatoes with perhaps a little bit of dried basil throughout. So in my opinion, I received a cheese pizza with diced tomato topping. I am not complaining about the food I received, as it was good, just pointing out what my expectations were compared to what I received.

I would compare their pizza with the cheapest freezer pizza you can buy. The pizza was cut into squares with no crust and the pepperoni was just pepperoni bits. I paid about 20 bucks for a pizza and 3 drinks. The restaurant looked nice but the food wasn’t worth buying.

My parents actually took me here as a kid(the randleman road location) and it has been my favorite pizza place ever since. This location is closer to where I live now so I tend to go here. The pizza’s here don’t taste anything like what the traditional pizza places serve. And that being said with 100% positive note. The sauce is delicious, it’s not sweet but very savory which is why I fell in love with it. I usually get the plain pepperoni or the taco pizza. At Bills they use the small cubed pepperoni’s which are my favorite. The taco pizza is amazing. It’s literally a huge taco and you won’t find anything like it anywhere else. It’s literally in the middle of nowhere so it’s a gem to be found but if you happen to drive by, definitely stop in and try it. It’s pizza like you’ve never had before.

I have been going to Bills pizza Pub on high point road for decades. I recently tried the oak ridge location and was very disappointed in the quality of the pizza. I ordered a three topping medium pizza and paid $ 17+. The pizza had a small quantity of toppings compared to the product they use to serve. If you are expecting the quality product that bills pizza is known for you will be disappointed!

Delicious toppings, thin crust, and not too much cheese(unless that’s what you prefer). Bill’s possesses a unique flavor that cannot be found in the Triad.

Went there this evening… Randleman Road location is way better. We got there at 5:30…we were greeted 10 minutes later… after ordering our pizza it came an HOUR later. A good 35 mins AFTER the appetizers. They were out of medium size pizza crust… which correct me if I’m wrong, but HP road and Randleman road make their crusts? The pizza was not fully cooked… wasn’t crispy like others and it was semi cold… wish I’d just driven the extra miles to Randleman road.

This is a quiet little place with delicious pizza and friendly wait staff. Lauren is my favorite server during lunchtime. The individual lunchtime pizza with 1 ingredient is under $ 5 and a soda will bring you to $ 6.77 with tax. So enjoy a quick bite for little money!

I eat at Bill’s occassionally with coworkers and enjoy it. That being said, I’ve only come once outside of work and I live less than a mile away. The food is decent, the service is good, and they have good prices. The pizzas are round, but cut into squares, with a thin crispy crust. I happen to think the pizza is pretty good, though not tops on my list(that would be Mellow Mushroom). It reminds me a lot of Valentino’s pizza, a popular midwestern chain. If you like salad with more than just lettuce, try the Jr. Chef Salad. Don’t let the Junior size fool you. It’s a big helping of lettuce, tomato, carrots, cheese, onions, cucumber, boiled egg, and your choice of meats(ham, turkey, chicken, etc).

Bill’s Pizza is a great restaurant to eat at and includes a large party room, a bar area with TV’s & arcade games, and a spacious dining room. Bill’s Pizza has excellent food & a friendly staff who will make sure that your dining experience is a good one. It’s a little pricey, but definitely worth it!

My father always swore that the pizza at the High Point Road location was better than all the others, but the rest of us can’t tell. This is a little out of the way and a nice enough place to eat, but quirky and a little random design-wise — don’t dwell on the randomness of the artwork on the walls, and be aware the bathrooms are one-seaters, despite how large the dining area is.

A rather disappointing first visit. I ordered the personal size Margarita Pizza. It looked and tested like a microwave pizza-not good at all, and there was enough grease to do Fonzi’s hair for a month. Absolutely nothing special. The décor is not good either, although they do have a jukebox which is cool, but does not fit in with their mirrored silver stars and Tuscan style framed prints. I don’t plan to go back.
