We saw him 2 times.
— long waiting time
— not prepared for the 2nd visit (= has not reviewed the results of previous tests which means and additional 1hr and half of wait)
— performs non reimbursed procedure without warning patients (Bill over $ 600)
— charges for non performed procedures (also non reimbursed) which is medical billing fraud
— charges for long visit when we actually saw him for a maximum of 5 minutes (maybe it was for the waiting time…)
— ineffective staff, non responsive (does return call), does not fix issues but send files to debt collection agencies because I refused to pay for non performed procedures

My son had a tongue tie and we did the procedure when he was 4 months and Dr Vikash was very kind and let us take our time to make this decision and i found the office very nice and the recepcionist very nice and kind as well.

We recently took our son to see Dr. Modi and we were very pleased. The office is wonderful — clean, toys for older kids, plenty of seating. The wait time was short. Dr. Modi was gentle and kind. He took time to answer all of my questions. His approach seems practical and well thought out. So, gentle with my baby, kind and patient with me = a very pleasant experience during a very stressful time.
