The better of the Evil(s) of Chinese American food. The staff is really nice. It’s usually pretty busy and they don’t have delivery. Standard NYC Chinese restaurant pricing

The food from the diet menu(steamed) tastes great. I get the shrimp with mixed veggies and it feeds me twice. They are quick and they are nice.

Has to be the worst Chinese food, ever. Ask for your chicken to be cooked well done, unless you like it slimy and gross. I’m really not sure if they actually serve chicken or another kind of mystery meat. Plus, I was there on a cold day in the middle of a harsh winter and they did not have the heat turned on. It was below 20 degrees outside, and felt like it was about 10 degrees inside. Overall, Bad business. I will never return to this place.

Cheap, big portions, friendly lady at the window. I wish I could give 3.5, but for her I’ll bump it up to 4. I recommend calling in your order before picking it up, but the wait isn’t bad. Vegetable fried rice is brimming with veggies! Hot an sour soup is meh. Sesame chicken is good, but only the first day. Broccoli chicken is decent, but has a lot of cornstarch in the sauce. They also have many«American» options on the menu(fried chicken, French fries) Better than other nearby Chinese places, I think.

This is our go-to take-out place on 145th. The server/window lady is really nice. I don’t have to worry about her talking about me in Chinese to the chefs. She actually strikes up a convo with us when we come in. Standard American take-out Chinese food fare. They are a little bit cheaper than everyone else in the neighborhood and their portions are HUGE. A small lo-mein can easily feed three people. We usually order the fried chicken wings(yeah, we’re black), spare rib tips(so good!), chicken lo-mein or fried dumplings. Everything is cooked relatively quickly… and yes, as Russell B. stated… cans of soda are only 75-cents. You’ll eat like a king and completely forget that we’re facing a global economic crisis! Now that’s what I call a dining experience.

For chinese food in the hood. This place rocks. The cheapest prices for everything… .75 cents for a soda?!? WHERETHEYDOTHATAT?! The food is made quick, and the woman who is there 98.7% of the time is very friendly and doesn’t mind a good conversation while your Spare Rib Tips are getting cooked. This is my place of choice for chinese in harlem.

I love Chinese food and this place lacks quality. I know it’s American style, but you don’t get what you pay for here. The sesame chicken I tried takes likes goo. Everything there has pork in it which is gross, even the egg rolls. The only good thing about this place is that lady at the front. She is really nice.

I love this local Chinese place. Everything is exactly as it should be.

Returned for some quick takeout. My two entrees came to less than $ 10, with leftovers to spare. The house lo mein was decent. And the roast pork egg foo young was as well.
