Never on time is their moto.
I’ve placed an order 3 & a half hours in advance and these guys were still 30 min late picking it up. And they were in the right, according to them.
No apology and plain rude.

I called pretty last minute on a Sunday night, needing a delivery for early Monday morning. The person on the phone was helpful, quick and the pickup/​delivery went off without a hitch. So thankful for them getting it handled. The only reason (s) I’d give them 4 versus 5 stars is because I didn’t receive a confirmation email, so spent the night crossing my fingers hoping it was being handled. And also they were considerably pricier than I would have liked, but for last minute AND reliable service they were worth paying for. I’d definitely use them again!

I needed a currier ASAP. They were very friendly on the phone and the price was VERY reasonable. In about an hour and a half total, I called, scheduled the pickup and the package was delivered. I will DEFINITELY use Lightspeed again. Very impressed.

In a sticky situation, these guys made a pickup downtown, and delivered to brooklyn in under an hour, for an AMAZING price. Well done, great Mixit recommendation!
