I committed to a trip with one of Isram’s subsidiary companies, PrideWorld. I was unable to make any travel arrangements and had to use alternate means to get my money back because they would never return phone calls or emails over a 2 month period. If you want a travel agent that is responsive and one you can work with, this isn’t that one. I am glad I found out ahead of time rather than when I got to Italy and had no room reservations! Beware and stay away…
