CAUTION — BAITANDSWITCH!!! On 3÷23÷16 we presented theipark $ 20.00 coupon at their 304 West 49th St. Manhatan location. The coupon reads ‘oversize vehicle surcharge(from $ 10 — $ 20) not included. Full size vans pickups and similar size vehicles not accepted. We parked our 5 passeger Lexus and were told we would be subject to oversize billing. We were incredulous but at that point, and with a line of cars behind us waiting to enter, we agreed to discuss it upon our return. When we went to retrieve the car, the employee insisted we pay $ 40.00, double the price of the coupon. Finally, and despite their written policy that payment can only be made with a credit card — THEYWOULDONLYACCEPTCASH. This is the first time we used IPARK and most definitely the last. Back to ICON where we have never had an experience like this.

I’m giving it 4 stars because I wish parking in NYC wasn’t so expensive. But compared to the rest of the lots in the area, it is reasonable. Otherwise, I love the staff. I’ve been with them since October. They’ve taken excellent care of my car and have great attitudes. They never give a hard time. I really can’t say one bad thing about them.
