Very convenient location, and they are quick and friendly on the most part. I tip most of the time, when I’m happy with the service, and they remember my order. My only gripe is I tend to run into resistance from time to time when I use reward coupons from my D&D phone app. It’s only the older lady at the counter. Everyone else doesn’t seem to have a problem with it.

I go here often and once in a while they mess up my order but I let go because it ain’t that big deal(Iced coffee with cream instead of milk). To be honest, the place is clean and they are pretty quick with your orders but the employee at the register is rude when people with coupons and DD perks offers show up. If they are going to treat me like this, then why bother having the DD perks and stuff, like really and this happened recently. People at register need to learn how to treat customers man. I come here to grab a coffee brighten my day instead I come out feeling like Sht. sighs.

Clean and inviting location. Weekday mornings you have America at the register and she is the sweetest and friendliest. As a regular I don’t have to order anymore, the woman here have a knack for remembering customers orders. You don’t have to say a word… pull up, pay and pick up. Can’t get better than that.

Be a regular! They remember your order. :) If that’s not an incentive to come and try out this location, I don’t know what is. This location is right next to the L train at Myrtle and Wyckoff Avenues. Very convinent for running in and getting onto the train. The staff is friendly and they are pretty quick with the orders.

My munchkins are stale and I specifically asked for just chocolate and glazed. I have a variety of jelly and powder. I thought those were pretty simple directions. I thought I would try this DD again after getting another batch of stale donuts a previous time, apparently no matter what time you go the donuts are crusty. I normally would just eat the damn donuts and get on with my life, but one accidentally fell on the floor and my cat has been using it as a ball for the past hour. Yeah, no bueno.

I have come to this dunkin donuts a couple of times since it is across from the Myrtle/Wyckoff train station & my experience is always unpredictable. Overall the employees are nice but i am rating it 2 stars due to the terrible manager. This so call manager is always on her phone and has terrible customer service skills. I have seen her yell at people often, literally have screaming matches with customers. She is not friendly at all, very rude & the worse before you even finish eating she goes up to your table cleaning it and is all over your food while your trying to eat. VERYRUDE.

I’ve been to this Dunkin Donuts several times now. It’s your standard DD and is always there for you when you need it. The Batista last night forgot to make my coffee last night and I had to ask about it again after a few minutes had passed. No big deal though. He was very nice, apologized, and quickly got on it when he realized he’d forgot about me.

Showed up with a free large coffee coupon this morning. Was turned away because the coupon had a tear in it from being in my wallet? The lady at the counter was rude and kept telling me that it had been used which is impossible because here I am holding it having never used it, giving it to her. Couldn’t even talk to her about it because she yelled at me until I went away. Dunkin donuts is usually an iffy experience to begin with but this was kind of ridiculous.
