Dunkin’ Donuts

Almost went into this Dunkin Donuts but then when I saw the grade pending sign and the reviews on Unilocal I got weary.

This is the worst DD’s I’ve ever been too! This is the second time I go by this DDs and leave outraged waiting 10 minutes while there is no worker to take an order! I was thinking of going behind the register and making my latte because the store is absolutely unattended by the over weight worker that clearly hates his job!

They are slow ass hell. Always get your drink wrong. Only brit knows how to make it right. They hire a bunch of new people.. bring the old crew back.

I went to NYC for the first time this last weekend. My friends and I were so excited and they wanted to start the day getting some DD… and this is where we ended up. We were on our way from a friends house to our hotel to check our bags, so we had a ton of stuff with us — luggage, purses, etc. Clearly this quick stop at dunks became a project and a half in a matter of minutes. As we rushed to get out of there and somehow drag our luggage up to the train, my phone disappeared. I didn’t realize this for almost 20 minutes. Once we realized it, we tracked my phone and thankfully it was still at the Dunkin Donuts! One of my friends ran back to go get it, and that’s when things got ugly. The employees told my friend, with attitude, that the phone wasn’t there. So obviously she told them that it was tracked to that location and address exactly and that it was definitely there. Suddenly, the phone was shut off rendering it untrackable. Coincidence? I think not. There were barely any patrons in this place when we came, and why would they still be there 40 minutes later? It was clearly an employee and I am disgusted.
Moral of the story — this place is shady. If they can steal a brand new iphone 5 and have no problem with it, then dunkin donuts in general is not a company I want to give my business to. Stay far away from this place!

My taste in coffee runs toward «bottom of the barrel.» Or maybe the word we’re looking for is «swill.» I patronize gas stations and 7−11s when I know a batch of coffee is nearing the dregs because coffee always tastes better to me when it’s been sitting. It gets worse! How much worse? Well, most mornings, I’m drinking instant — Nescafe, to be exact. My coffee maker’s still in storage and my home-​making skills rival your average 7^th-​grade boy’s, so I’m pleased with anything hot and caffeinated.
But sometimes, I just want a little extra punch. When the Nescafe instant doesn’t cut it, I hit up the Dunkin Donuts at Knickerbocker and Myrtle. The coffee here meets all of my criteria for «great:» fast, hot, caffeinated to hell, and cheap. The service is pleasant, and the location’s convenient. And for those of you whose intestines don’t hate you, there’s a Baskin-​Robbins offering dozens of mouth-​watering ice-​cream flavors. Hit it up in the summer. I’ll be the gal in the leopard-​print dress asking about the frozen yogurt.

Difficult A-​Ok choice here… Donuts and donut options are fab but i’m having a hard time getting over the fact that my coffee was made weak. I would come back for the donuts though. AND (drum roll please)… THERE’S A DEDICATED PARKING LOT!!! (okay, maybe not such a hard A-​OK rating after all). Hee hee!

Great drinks and food, very clean and the workers try fairly hard to keep things running smoothly. Language barriers seem to be an issue but that can happen anywhere you go.

When it takes 10 minutes to get a coffee and you get iced tea instead… yeah the bells and whistles should be going off!
This is a horribly run Dunkin Donuts. The staff is inconsistent and often distracted. They take way to long to take any order & to fulfill it. They need better management! Will not be returning anytime soon!

Ice cream at any hour is a great start for any restaurant.
This is a standard Dunkin Donuts. No frills, occasionally quick food – at least if you order donuts or ice cream. If you want a sandwich, you are in for a wait. No Diet Coke. :(
Staff tends toward friendly, if not efficient.

It was 40 degrees the other night, and I was in the mood for hot chocolate. No other place was open, so they win! Good hot chocolate and 2 muffins later, I give them 3 stars.

This Dunkin Donuts is the best one ever. Great coffee with a fantastic element of shadiness. Otherwise, just a basic Dunkin.
