Joel and the other young man behind the counter have always gone and above and beyond to be pleasant to me. I’m used to quick snarky rude service from, well pretty much every single service provider in NYC. Pleasant conversation and quick service accompanied by thoughtful barista warranted a Unilocal review from me for this place. There is a little hidden 4 person nook to the right of the cashiers, in front of the washroom. If you are looking for more peace and quiet(relatively speaking) from the main area, this is for you. Make sure you download the DD app to take advantage of 25 cent coffees every time the Jets or Giants win. I’ve literally saved hundreds of dollars from the app alone. Thank you management for hiring good guys to manage behind the counter.

I’m standing in line to place an order with my friend. The lady just skips us and starts taking the order of the customer BEHIND us. Seriously lady? We’ve been waiting and you saw us. We decided to be nice and didn’t say anything about it. We came back to pick up a bagel for someone. The same lady does this AGAIN. We stopped her though and just told her our order. The guy who prepared the order… That’s a whole other story.(Very bad!) Come on, DND! Get your act together! Use some gloves! Practice hand hygiene! Ugh.

This location is conveniently located by the M train station so it’s always a good idea to stop by this Dunkin so you can have something to sip on while waiting for the train. However this Dunkin Donuts can get pretty busy during the morning time and a little bit during rush hour.

This is my local coffee and donut shop. I go here often. It’s inexpensive and well worth every delicious drop of coffee and food. It’s right near the L subway and B38 bus.

The service is slow as hell. Bathrooms almost never in service. I saw them deny an elderly woman the bathroom just because she hadn’t bought anything. I almost always order a large sweetened iced tea with extra ice and lemon. Always short on the ice and bitter. F*!# this place.

It’s a decent Dunkin Donuts location. Nearby Wyckoff hospital, the L line and Cobra Club. It’s also 24 hours. Came in handy when my former quack of a doctor gave me the wrong prescription and I had to spent a whole Friday night in the ER.

The only Dunkin Donuts I know of in this area that’s 24⁄7 and doesn’t require you to walk up to a little window in order to get service. The guy behind the register probably has some great stories when working here late at night but we were able to get our order & get out easily enough. Once we got their attention, it was all good. Also a decent amount of seating & it was a grade A. You can’t go wrong here.

Great, friendly service. Nice people, when they see you come in, they know your«usual». Recently witnessed one of the regulars get upset with the worker and the people on line spoke up for the worker!!! Yaaahhhh! Store manager very receptive to suggestions and open to new ideas. Also they give you a huge sample spoon of the ice cream you want to try!!! New manager… slow service. they can’t get the simplest of orders correct. the server tried 3 times to get my order right… finally with $$$ in my hand, I walked out. The server looked like he wasn’t awake… a downhill spiral for this location…

Its 7 am and I am writing this because the coffee works. Thats why we get this stuff right? I needed to stay up and that 1.79 medium cup of coffee did its job. No frills no fancy names no frapa-overpriced fufu coffee name. Save your money for other yummy Unilocal places I say. ps The donuts are yum too =)

What can you expect of a corporate chain? Really unfriendly service, who are quite obviously upset at their plight working for such a terrible company. Also, extremely slow service, a line of more than 5 or 6 people can take 10 mins with 3 employees at the registers. I eat donuts maybe 5 times a year, and theyre always stale here. Wish there was a home made pastry shop a lot closer, this place is for tourists. Also they make the most weaksauce coffee on the planet.

Yes, I check-in here a couple times a week. I have a problem… For some reason, I think that ice cream should be an end to dinner almost every night. And, my husband does not fight me on this feeling so we take a walk down here. You can always expect to see the same people from the neighborhood as well. My favorite being an awesome Hawaiian Wizard guy in a brightly printed head to toe ensemble, he makes me smile and hopefully one day we will be friends. I am also addicted to their insanely sugary Sweet Tea. Which often has that burnt plastic taste to it, but I am willing to play roulette for the treat. Growing up on a farm in The South, I know how to make some sweet tea, it is really hard to burn the stuff. So you have to be either just plain stupid or just don’t give a damn. The owners here are so freaking slow with service and sometimes remind me of zombies, however sometimes the younger tall guy is working and he actually knows what he is doing. Even though there is chocolate malts on the menu, they do not actually have them.
