BEWARE OF WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY!
They have lost several packages from my company and refuse to take any responsibility. Dozens of phone calls made and speaking to several representatives. Just put on hold or forced to leave a voicemail that is never returned. Worst customer service I have ever received!

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I have been expecting a gift from my mother that is perishable. It is now 20 days past the dispatch date stated in Tracking. I have called DDS 6 times, talked to at least 15 people and after being put on hold every time, Im told that the person handling this package is out and they will call me when they return. I haven’t received one call. I just want and expect a clear answer as to where my package is and no one seems to care or have any interest in helping me. This is BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH FOR ANY REASON.
