My experience with Alyson was nothing short of exceptional. She was incredibly knowledgeable on the NYC real estate market, always answered my e-​mails and calls within seconds (even at midnight!), and most importantly, found me the exact apartment I was looking for.
Within moments of submitting an online contact form, Alyson reached out and scheduled a time to talk. We spent about a half hour going over what my priorities and preferences were for my ideal apartment, so she could target her search. We then spent a whole day walking around looking at maybe 10 different listings that she thought I would like, and I have to say I really would’ve been fine living in any of the apartments we looked at. They were spot on to what I had in mind. When I finally decided on one, we went back to her office, filled out the application together, and she personally delivered it to the management company. The next day she reached out in the morning and told me my application was accepted. She then personally brought me the lease to sign at my office and then delivered it immediately afterwards.
I really do not think the process could have been more easy or seamless thanks to Alyson. I cannot reiterate how great she is, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a similar experience.
