Oh yum! I wandered over to this truck with a coworker a week or two ago but since it was just before payday I didn’t order. And she gobbled up her crawfish quideaux (think the Jazz Fest crawfish pasta dish) before I could even look at it.
I finally got to sample their food for myself today. I had the Divina sauce with bowtie pasta. Yummy! The sauce is a tomato cream (one of my favorites) and it was well balanced and flavorful. The pasta was perfectly cooked. PLUS it was a huge amount of food for $ 7.
The truck is a really cute converted short bus and the staff was really nice and offered me a frequent buyer punchcard. Now if I only remembered how many punches I need and what it gets me. That’s what happens when you’re too hungry to listen.
