Walk away… No, better run. Run for the border, for the hills, or anywhere other than this particular location.
I typically give strong ratings and notice good things, as can be noted in most of my reviews, but will also take the time to point out the not so good. I wrote a truthful review a couple of months ago, which deservedly pointed out some service and hygiene issues, particularly with an individual who was apparently in charge.
Today, after several months, I decided to give this location a second chance. Big mistake. Not only did I encounter the very same individual, he actually knew my name and made it quite clear that he knew I wrote the review (scary). I should have left right then and there, but silly me placed a small take out order.
This person was very smug, and gloated that management didn’t care about the review, and that he actually got a promotion to store manager.
Well, I wish him much success.
This particular store is the shame of the chain, and
I certainly learned my lesson about this store and this employee. We both know the truth, and in good conscience this person knows that he could have simply washed his hands when he came inside from cleaning the outside area to take my order, rather than his insisting that because he was only handling money, he didn’t have too. Especially when I asked him to, and he refused, to make his point. I disagreed, especially because he touched my cup (water) with those filthy hands; and wrote the review. It was honest, truthful and deserving; but I guess he’s right after all, he didn’t actually touch my food.

This TACO BELL is the worst !!! They can’t get orders correct !!! And we ordered food online via the web site.
Wrong thing to do. They never received the order. And we also paid for it.
And they were short staffed. WOW never come to this TACO BELL !!! It sucks !!!

Let’s begin by saying that I understand that j am giving a fast food restaurant 4 stars. You really have to work hard to mess up Taco Bell food, so this is more of a service review. I’ve read the other reviews and, thankfully, I have never experienced anything close to what others have posted. Sadly, for me, I’ve eaten at this location a number of times recently. The drive through woman was extremely pleasant and when I sat inside, the staff was prompt and professional. Hopefully they have removed the pissy employees because the women I’ve interacted with were kind and helpful.

Some of the most rude people work here. Especially the Caucasian manager girl. Last time I will be back here for sure. The worst customer service I have ever seen.

Writing a review for a fast food joint like Taco Bell seems silly, but the utter chaos was so crazy that I have to share …
We came in at around 4 PM on Saturday. There was 1 girl working the register, 1 guy preparing food in the back, one guy changing the trashcans outside, and the manager. There was one customer eating, 2 transsexuals (looking a hot mess) + 2 very shady behaving dudes with them, and then us. The trany was in front of us ordering and we were next in line.
After taking the order in front of us, the lady at the register told us to hold on for a minute while she took a drive through order. Ok no problem! As we are waiting, another employee (presumably starting his shift) walks in the door and the manager comes over and is screaming, literally screaming, at him to go outside and get this other employee who was changing the trash can because «we have people waiting.» Her words and tone were inappropriate and it is disgraceful to talk to someone like that, let alone some who is coming to work to help out.
The guy changing the trashcan comes in and begins taking orders WITHOUT washing his hands. As he hands me my drink cup I was in utter disgust and opted not the take the cup and just drink from my water bottle.
The guy eating was upset because his order was incorrect and he was waiting for his quesadilla to be ready, the trany was upset because she ordered 3 items, but only got two. She tried telling the guy preparing, but he didn’t speak English and had no clue what was going on. I was upset because not only was I completely disgusting by no hand washing, but the environment was such that was worried I was going to get jacked in the parking lot by the shady individuals with the tranys.
Although this is a cute, remodeled location … it was the poorest run Taco Bell I have ever been in. I will never go back!

Ordered a cheesy gordita crunch from this place a few years back and ended up in the hospital. Horrible food poisoning. Avoid this taco bell!

This place loses a star due to locking up early and for having friends of employees hanging around and creating an unwelcome environment for actual customers.

I AM VERY UPSET WITH THIS TACO BELL! The people in here are all lairs.
I ordered my food through the drive through and in total it costed $ 6.51. I noticed as I was pulling off the the sign said «if you don’t get a recite your purchase is free». Well I didn’t get my recite. I paid the exact amount of money. I drove around to the front and went inside to let them know my meal should be free since I didn’t get the recite. The lady who delivered my order in the drive through said she gave me it. I said no you didn’t. She said she put it in the bag. I told her the recite was still in the machine as I pointed directly at it. She walked over and grabbed it and proceeded to say I need to call a number and get my refund with a code I get when I call. To me that made no sense so she went and got the manager. She told the manager that she had asked me if I would like the recite in the drive though and that I said no. I told both of them that the lady was lying and that’s not what happened. I had a whiteness in my car. The manager went on saying that I can’t get my money back, only a free meal. That was not what the sign said. The sign said IF YOU DONT GET A RECITE YOUR PURCHASE IS FREE! So I expect that the purchase I just made that is sitting in the car is FREE and therefore I should get my money back! She kept arguing with me and a customer walked in behind us. I asked her if I could see the sign to take a picture of it, but she already took it off and through it in the garbage and wouldn’t let me see it. After I had to get loud and explain how I felt she gave me my refund so the customers wouldn’t see it.
GOOD ONE TACO BELL! But your not going to get over on me!
I will never go back. I do NOT recommend.
The food in the car was cold, and that’s all I have to say about that.

Now I love Taco Bell, but when you walk in and sit down you would like it to be peaceful and relaxing. Not at this store! When my boyfriend and I went the manager or supervisor had there kids there in the lobby walking and running around while they were working! For real! I didn’t know that it was Taco Day Care! The kids were screaming and crying, it made my experience the worst ever! I would rather go through the drive thru! But being a manager don’t you think that you would have the responsibility to lead by example and not bring your kids to work! I mean really come on!

Taco Bell’s regular menu always looks pricey. seems the same ingredients are recycled again and again to create new items.

Sometimes you need something different. Today was one of those days. Normally I’m not much of a breakfast person and if I do have some its normally called coffee. I decided to try some of Taco Bells new breakfast offerings and see how they compared to the Clowns.
Id skip the waffle taco thing. Even with the supplied maple syrup it was a rather bland mess. The bacon taco was nice and the crispy/​crunchy thing was flavorful. So once it it a blue moon if I really need something different it seems the clown has competition.
The staff here was quite nice and the place was spotless.

What can I say? It’s Taco Bell. The quality of the food is your typical fast food place.
However this review isn’t for the food. I’m giving this place four stars just because the few times that I have gone, the place has been pretty clean (no food left over on tables but prior customers) no sticky messes or empty straw wrappers near the soda machines.
The staff I’ve encountered have been super friendly and seem to enjoy working there. There is ample parking as well. Since it’s a fast food place I can’t really give this 5 stars

Very good staff… great service.
Manager here really treats his guests well.
