I have seen some horrible customer service however this place takes the cake. I was there to help my mother upgrade her phone. They up sold us on their iPad and told us there would be no activation fee. Of course we were charged a fee and when I called to ask they told us there was nothing they could do. I will never shop here again.

Waited, waited, and waited. Two reps on the floor. One spent his time«chatting up» his female customer. The other must have had a bladder problem. He ducked into the back room so often that waiting customers started making loud jokes. Several customers just walked out. Incoming customers heard the near revolt grumblings and turned around and walked out. I could go on, but simply put it was the worst experience ever.
