One star is for my experience of the owner being quite rude. I reserved an appointment with her for a reading at 12:00 on Sunday. When I walked into the store at 12:01, she had given my reservation to someone else who walked in. My recommendation: pay in advance if you want to be given any consideration or courtesy. I was offered no apology or rescheduling options, and dismissed as she continued a conversation with another customer.

I like this place. It has a nice selection of things and it’s set up in a nice way. The only problem I have with this place is the problem that I have with these type of New Age stores in general, and it’s that it’s such a mash-​up of completely different cultures and beliefs it can be a bit jarring, and some of these items are cultural appropriation and seem a bit skeevy. Other items are just completely off the wall like a tiny crystal penis, but I suppose there must be a market for them!
The staff seemed pretty distracted and wasn’t very friendly, but I sort of enjoy that as it gave me time to look at the selection on my own without feeling pressured. It’s a bit overwhelming all the things they have here; it’s a small store but they use their space well.
Overall, my feeling is if you go in knowing what you want and are careful to be culturally respectful and are mindful of what you’re actually buying, you’ll probably enjoy it here. They just get knocked down a star for selling some side-​eye-​worthy items.
The crystal selection is definitely where the shop shines (no pun intended!), which makes sense considering their name, and if you’re into crystals or stones I’d definitely check it out.
