Ah, Dunkin Donuts. My home. I’m sorry to admit I’m one of the annoying college students the other reviewers are so upset about, but I’ve found a great study spot here. It can get busy so the service is occasionally slow, but the staff is all very nice so it’s not a huge issue. It seems to be pretty well-run and the WiFi is generally reliable so that’s a plus.

How about not blast music in the study room. and when asked to lower it, got a reply saying, «nobody is studying».?

Really nice place to go to! I love their coffee and all the great flavorings they can add. We usually go into the place and rarely use the drive up. They remodeled and it’s really nice to sit and enjoy your food. I order a lot from their breakfast menu because it’s so tasty.

I used to love going here, went this afternoon to get some salted caramel hot cocoa for my gf and I and both of them were watered down. Don’t give me that BS! GTFO of here with that. If you don’t have then just say so, don’t attempt to cover it up by adding more water to it. Who does that s#it??? Never going back to this location.

I go here in the evenings atleast a few times a week. But recently I have been going there in the mornings and I have been severely disappointed. Yesterday I get a French Vanilla latte with no sugar. Today had a chicken sandwich which is still frozen. There have been several past such instances. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This place either needs to fire their current incompetent staff or expect to lose customers in droves.

This is a nice place to get a donut when you don’t want to drive a far distance. Food is good, most employees are usually nice and give you the right food. Sometimes it seems kind of depressed in there though. Overall a great place to get a snack.

This Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins location had gone through drastic renovations — I was pleasantly surprised at how large and spacious it was, with plenty of seating and very bright lighting. The huge plus is that this place is open 24 hours, so you will see many students coming here to study/grab dessert(just keep in mind that the place can get extremely packed and very loud!). The staff were very friendly and I enjoyed my cup of Gold Medal Ribbon ice cream, a vanilla and chocolate ice cream with a caramel ribbon swirled in. We didn’t have any issue in relaxing and chit-chatting a bit before going on our way. Parking is a bit of a pain, as the lot gets filled up quick; however, you can park in the adjacent Panera plaza. +open 24 hours +Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins combo +limited parking

In all honesty, this place deserves one star because almost every single person who works here is genuinely incapable of doing their job. I don’t even know how it’s possible to be so terrible at putting the right sandwich in an oven or counting out the right amount of Munchkins but congrats to them, they’ve achieved it. Btw, I’m not some cruel bitch who doesn’t know what it’s like to work behind the counter. I’ve worked frappuccino happy hour at Starbucks, okay? I know the struggle. But wow, are they terrible. The ONLY person who knows what they’re doing is a bigger white girl with short hair who I often see in the drive-thru(so so sorry, I’m not sure what her name is). Whoever owns the place should give that girl the best pay raise known to man because she’s what keeps the place from floundering. So, yeah, because of HER, I gave this DD a second star and I gave a third star for the fact that it’s open 24 hours.

I came here to study since probably late 2012 and I am truly disappointed. This Dunkin Donuts was built and became popular thanks to the young crowd that went here to study or socialize. The Owner, Ray, is a businessman who only cares about money. I’ve overheard multiple conversations that he had with students where he speaks rudely and mentions things that will make you shake your head. This guy is something else. I understand and partially agree with what the other reviews are saying but read what I have to say. When the nicer section was completely empty he still wanted me to go to the study room, didn’t make much sense to me. I completely understand if the place was crowded and I probably would’ve ended up getting up and moving myself. I understand you built a study room, but have you been in there? It’s disgusting! 1) Terrible chairs and tables 2) No Air Conditioner makes it feel like you’re in a Sauna… I’m serious 3) Sun shining into your eyes, laptop, etc. 4) All white everything, I’m serious… It’s like being trapped in a jail Opposed to the other section where everything is generally new and colorful Other information that isn’t that important but wanted to get it out there 1) I asked Ray to put on the Blackhawks game 7 about a few days ago and he said he couldn’t change the channel… fair enough… I don’t mind high school female softball while a Game 7 of the Blackhawks is coming on. I knew I wouldn’t be the only one asking cause it was a full house and I saw some Blackhawk fans and ended up ignoring it and not saying anything back. A few minutes later I saw two older fellas ask him and he did it without hesitation. 2) There was a time where I had my coffee made wrong and had to argue with like 3 employees to get it fixed which was a pain. Anywhere else I would’ve received an apology and a smile. 3) I ordered regular whole wheat oatmeal and they messed it up and put dried fruit that I did not want… I tell them and they made me pay for another one. Not a big deal but definitely unpleasant since I’ve been coming here for a while I have had many great experiences here and dealt with some great employees that I don’t see anymore. This use to be my study spot and it will be missed. Also, My favorite drink was the Iced/Hot Caramel Latte

Place is a joke. My husband send back a sandwich cause it was cold the guy got mad and slammed the sandwich in the trash as he was making my husband a new sandwich he reach back in the trash my husband say him do that and ask for a refund. Sick man was bout to use part of the old sandwich for his new sandwich. He claimed he just touch the trash but even so that’s disgusting for a place who serves food to also handle trash at the same time I will never never eat here again.

Here’s a solution for the customers getting angry when the manager asks you to move to the study room when tables open up inside… DONTCOMEHERE! JEEZ I can’t even find a table to sit with my family because all you kids post up for the entire day with a Donut or two! Half of you don’t even buy anything and are just free loading or using the store to hang out. Go study in their designated study room and if it’s full, it’s too bad for you. Why make the business suffer. Quit your crying, you’re ruining it for the rest of us customers who actually buy stuff and can’t sit anywhere.

The place is very big and nice but I would not recommend you go there unless if that lady, who claims as the«owner» of the store, isn’t there. She is so rude to the customers and even her employees! She tells people how to sit, where to sit and where not to sit. She rant about how my friend brought in an empty cup of starbucks and said that it’s against the rule. Then to prove her wrong i went online to check the policy and she said«oh, i made the rule because it’s my store». huh? huh? huuuuuuuhhhhhhh??? People like her who think they own the whole DD just because she owns one store ruins the name of the franchise. You know the worst thing of all is? She talked behind our back to her friends and we heard her CLEARLY! I already complaint to the company’s customer service and hoping that they would do something before more bad things happen. This makes me not want to go to any of the DD store just because of her = classical condition!

The problem is not the business, but the students who come here to study and the people who use this place to hang out. I can’t help but laugh at the reviews where people are complaining about the manager asking them to move to the study room. Yes you did buy a 99 cent coffee but it doesn’t mean you can sit there for 4 hours when families come in and don’t have anywhere to sit. Complainers, just listen to yourself! You’re going to a place that allows you to study and is letting you use their WifI, but you’re angry because they are asking you to move to the study room so families can use the main lobby. Think of it in terms of a gas station that YOUOWN, say there are 6 pumps and 6 cars pull up at each pump. Each car pumps one gallon of gas and then uses that spot as a parking space for the next 6 hours. Would you(as the owner) not go out to the pumps and tell them to move their car so other customers can use it? It’s a business! Not your personal library! The owner/manager did try to solve the situation/They completely remolded the place and they even MADE A STUDYROOM for students who want to study. I just counted, and it has well over 60 seats, but you got 1 to 2 people per table, so it defeats the purpose of having bigger tables. They get so many students coming here now that even the study room gets filled up and that’s when students flood in to the main lobby. I saw a family get ice cream and walk around to find a place to sit and eventually gave up and left. That’s bad for DD because now that family will expect this to happen every night and probably will just go to Dairy Queen down the road. Anytime seats open up in the study room, the manager comes out and asks students from the main lobby to move to the study room… only to have those students give her attitude. But it’s their store? and their business. If you have an issue with how they run things, then just don’t come. It’s that simple. ANYWAYS, if you’re coming here for your coffee or ice cream, you’ll have a pleasant experience(it’s Dunkin Donuts, so don’t expect top of the line service). I have yet to find a better looking dunkin donuts then this one, hence the 5 stars. It has a cooler feeling compared to other DD. They are flawed though, sometimes they don’t have enough workers and I will find myself waiting 15 minutes for a scoop of ice cream. They do seem to give priority to the drive thru as it’s 5 times busier then the registers inside. But then again, I have yet to see a better DD, so I’ll give this one 5 stars. The spiderman + mickey mouse combination by the cash registers is kind of weird though.

The manager«Asra» is the most rude person I have ever met. Love this place, hate her. Can’t sit here for long without her coming up to you and telling you that you are the reason she doesn’t have customers and making you move to the other room«party room». She likes to complain about how they invested a lot of money into remodeling this place yet NOONEUSESTHEPARTYROOM. If you wanted to make money do something useful like a study room not a cold, totally cheap useless room where you send people who«are the reason you don’t have customers». I don’t recommend this place unless you like being yelled at. GET A NEWMANAGER!

This has got to be the nicest Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to in the States. The space is MASSIVE. I mean. you can actually sit with your friends, family, colleagues and have your coffee without feeling like you need to get up out of your seat for the next person. They had options for seating like a great big round table that could fit up to 7 people to small intimate booths for max 4. They also had a separate room where it was like walking into a library. There were students in there doing their homework, and no music was playing in that room. If i’m back in Morton Grove, I’d definitely stop by with my friends to just chill.

The girl behind the counter asks me if I want sugar and cream in my coffee. I tell her, «Yes, but do you have sugar and cream out here?» She responds with a puzzled stare. No need for bewilderment, lass, because every time I say yes to cream and sugar, at any D&D in any Universe, even if I ask for light on the sugar, the sugar and cream is served up with a drop of coffee. As is the case, I’d rather measure out my own dairy and sweetener, thank you very much. She says, «We have sugar out there, but no cream.» I say, «That’s fine. Just cream then.» This is a pretty big ass D&D Baskin Robins. A whole bunch of space, with a couple of very big ass round tables. On this particular Saturday morning, sprinkled at various two person tables, are some college girls stuffing their faces in text books. Coffee next to their lap tops. The least they can buy in return for a place to study and use of free wi-fi. At the larger booths I see and hear foreign folk, laughing and talking like the world was their oyster. Hard working, money making folk, living the American Dream. Dangerous. Type of folk that might take a shot at you while you’re naked in a bath house minding your own business. Don’t want to take my eyes off of them when I sit and eat my sausage and egg sandwich. «Sausage and egg and medium coffee.» That was snappy. I grab my snack and walk over to the condiment counter, uncap the coffee and take a look at my cup of cream with a dribble bit of coffee. Typical.

I remember when this location opened. Its been my favorite spot all these years. They have had their share of personalities working there but I love the atmosphere and overall vibe from this place. Will always be my go to spot for any work I need to do or late night coffee or ice cream cravings. Keep up the amazing work DD!
