I love love love SpaceNK which is located inside of the Bloomingdale’s store in Fashion Island. I’ve been a customer for 5+ years and have been guided by experts like Joey, Amanda, Talia, and several others. The staff here really know their stuff and treat their customers with respect. They have even offered me and my friends mini-​facials to let us try their products and/​or to introduce my friends to skincare.
They have products from moderately-​reasonable to very expensive. It’s all worth it! My friend who got me hooked on facial /​skin care once told me, «You only have one face and you should spend good money to keep your youth»! Words of wisdom.
I’ve pruchased Zelens, Eve Lom, Cane & Austin, Ren, Rodial, Malin & Goetz, By Terry, Tocca, African Botanics, and a plethora of other skin care products that have made a HUGE difference. I oftentimes go places and people stop to ask about my skincare routines. You truly get what you pay for. Thanks ladies and Joey for teaching me how to take care of and pamper myself.
Joey said it best — «skin care at night should be the time where you pamper yourself and allow your skin to rejuvenate … you deserve it for all the hard work that you do during the daytime».

Thank you ladies !! This is located inside Bloomingdales. I came here to get some things that were suggested to me by a friend. I was looking for a specific product but was offered a quick mini facial. I let the woman know I was limited on time however she let me know that it is fine and will only take 15 min. She grabbed another associate and she started showing me the radical skincare line. Taking time to explain what each product does along with how and when to use. Long story short I ended up purchasing several items from the radical skincare line and love each and every one. I can already see a difference in my skin and it has only been a week. :)

This store is located INSIDE Bloomingdale’s at Fashion Island, Newport Beach. I like visiting this store because they always have a great selection of items on hand that are not always available at smaller stores. The consultants, especially Amanda, is very knowledgeable about skin care, hair care and cosmetics. I feel as if I am being treated like a VIP and that personal service is being delivered whether I am just making an inquiry about a product — even if I’m not ready to make a purchase. Samples are provided and the consultants teach their clients how to use the products. What is even better is that if you run low on a product and don’t want to run down to the store, you can call the store and they’ll ship the item to you free of charge (if they have it in stock). Whether I make a purchase in the store or by calling on the phone (no matter who I talk to on the phone I’m always treated professionally and my transaction is handled quickly and easily), I always find free samples of product in my «little brown bag» (this is what Bloomingdale’s has named their shopping bags).
Space NK offers a rewards program called NDulge. The store sends out reminder notices by email to let customers know when rewards points are about to expire. I really like this because I know that if I don’t use up my «free money» I’m going to lose it (because I’m not keeping track of when those dollars are going to expire).
Some of the products offered by Space NK can certainly be found at other stores, but in order to find the collection of products offered here, you’d have to visit three or four other stores. However, some of the items I’ve never seen here, specifically, the skin care items, Iver never seen anywhere else.
Space NK does have a website and once you sign up for the NDulge program you do receive emails (not too many) that try to entice you to buy things online. However, purchasing skin care, hair care, and cosmetic products such as those available at Space NK Newport Beach is an experience that really can’t be matched online. The personal experience, the communication with a true expert «face-​to-​face,» the ability to feel the product on your skin, and to see what it looks like on you can’t be replicated online. This is a store that is worth visiting in person.
