Excellent, excellent, excellent. The store is fully stocked with tons of cute clothes, accessories, etc. I’m a huge fan of the minimalist look and was stoked to see such a wide variety of clothes. They have almost every color and style you can imagine. Most of the clothes are versatile enough to wear to work or a night on the town. Not sure why everyone’s complaining about staff — everyone was sweet and conversational when I went in. Will definitely be back :)

This is my favorite store and my favorite location! Costa Mesa location staff is not as friendly and welcoming. One gal with braids at CM location does not look up to customers while she is near the register, no eye contact and doesn’t help customers but continues to tag clothes while there is a line at the register? The staff at Newport however is the is the best. Helpful, fast, kind and professional… especially a call out and my thanks to Avalon, Makenzie and Haley. What great girls. Pricing is reasonable, merchandised so well, not jammed in and easy to find colors you want, and cute clothes for all ages, and easy to shop, which is half the shopping experience. Great job Newport location and I will be back to your location! THANKS girls so much.

I love this store! I came in the other day for the first time and the employees were all so cute. The manager was super sweet and helped me pick out an outfit for a concert I am going to. So helpful!!! Tons of cute stuff at this store!

First off, no one greeted me when I walked in. After walking around the store for a while, still no one acknowledged me… even just to ask if I needed help. I was walking around with a blouse in hand. You would think someone would have looked up to ask if I needed a fitting room. I was the only one shopping in the store. Then (2) Caucasian ladies walk in and get greeted! WTF?! I gladly put the shirt back and walked out the store. Still, no acknowledgement… or even a «have a great day.» Seriously, No Rest For Bridget is over priced Forever 21 clothes and the gals who work there need a crash course in customer service. You suck!

Wasn’t greeted at all. Nobody ever asked if I needed any help finding anything and after I tried stuff on never asked how it went. Bummer, I normally like this store. Girls were too busy with their own conversations.

The low star reviews because of bad customer service is completely surprising to me after my experience in the Newport Beach store today. I had two items to return that were given to me as a gift and didn’t work out, the staff did not interrogate them, they did inspect the clothing as you would assume a store would and exhanged my items for others in the store with no problem.
During my shopping experience I had one particular item that I was looking for and one of the girls went out of her way to help me find it and she did. Great new item for my closet and a lovely girl. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Went in just before closing and was rudely asked to leave… great for your business. Why turn away another sale. Terrible customer service obviously they don’t care about their customers.

This store has beautiful clothing that is perfectly my style, and everything is pretty affordable. However, the customer service was terrible. The short-​haired blonde at the check out was impolite and had no concern for the experience the customers were having in the store. I came in on a Sunday about 30 minutes before close, and they were already beginning to rush people out. I disliked their attitudes. If the sales associates weren’t such children, I would have given this store a 5 star rating. I will only be returning because the clothes are my style and very affordable. Tip: This store does not cater well to plus sized women.

This place is a go to when you are down in Newport. I walked in with my sister and my dad’s girlfriend & we all walked out with clothes. I got 5 shirts, a necklace and a Voluspa perfume. The perfume is now my favorite scent, I wish I had bought the candles in the same scent. Customer service was excellent! I found a shirt I loved and asked one of the workers if should could find me some more than were lounge (y) and comfortable, she returned to me with like 13 shirts. I was very impressed! Their return policy is a little strict, so I tried on all my clothes before I purchased them. I am completely obsessed with this company! When I went home I went online and checked out to see if they have one closer to where I live (Irvine) and current job opportunities. I can’t get enough of this store!

I don’t know why this place has 3 stars but it deserves 5. I absolutely love this store and the customer service is amazing. Bella and Avalon helped me out so much. I was stressed out finding a dress and I found the most gorgeous one with their help. Thank you ladies so much it paid off:) and I’ll be back definitely at this location. It’s the best!

I love this store, I just wish it was a little closer to me! Bring one to Irvine!!! Anyway, I have never left here empty handed. The clothes here are totally my style and it’s really easy to shop here as opposed to other stores because I don’t have to search forever to find something I like. Think cute tops, flowy dresses, big cardigans and sweaters and tons of awesome jewelry.
I was here last week and it looks like they changed their return policy. It mentioned something along the lines of being able to get cash back for a return? Anyhow, I’m not really one to return things anyway. I make sure I like it before I buy it.
The girls here have never been pushy towards me or rude and have always helped me get a fitting room even when it’s busy. And it can get busy here, the store is not very big. The layout is set up great though and it’s super easy to shop around. Overall a great little store to go shopping at when you don’t want to deal with the mall! Now please open one in Irvine!

If you are heavy chested I would recommend going somewhere else or just be prepared to be disappointed. Didn’t have an issue with customer service but then again I like when sale associates leave me in peace.

Love this store. I feel like there is way more stuff in this store and a better selection than the Costa Mesa one. I find that I rarely even go to the mall anymore because its like a one stop shop. I love buying gifts for people in there as well because they always gift wrap it so cute and have cards. The only request I would have would be a selection of some ultra sexy tops and or dresses that are a little more form fitting!

The customer service is horrible.
Every time I shop here I am made to feel as if I don’t belong in the store.
The girls working have barely tolerable catty attitudes. I have had eyes rolled at me on multiple visits for asking for a dressing room.
It’s a shame because the clothes are so darn cute!

The clothes are really cute here. I have shopped at both locations for a pretty long time! The girls at the Costa Mesa store are a lot more helpful. Today I walked into the Newport store, no hello, no smile, the girl was behind the register on her phone. Then I wanted to try a few things on, and I went to let myself in the dressing room. The same girl was pretty rude about that too. Even though no one ever offered to help me with a dressing room.
Then I left, and nobody said thank you or anything. It was really uncomfortable.

I love this store and everything it sells. I am not a fan of the girls that work there. None of them are friendly. I have worked in retail before and I cannot believe how no one tries to greet or help you. They aren’t pushy which is a good thing, but they aren’t attentive either. The prices and clothes are the things that keep me coming back.

I was about to purchase a dress but i realized there were only size
mediums available. There was a size small on the mannequin, which was the one i needed. I asked if i could buy that one — the answer was no. The
staff was very insistent that they had rules that they couldn’t change
the mannequins outfits.
This makes no sense to me. Aren’t you in the business to make sales?
I have never run into such an issue that they couldn’t take a piece of clothing off the mannequin for business.
I have a house in Newport and i am kind of sour to your store now.
Just one opinion — for what it’s worth.

What??? I’m the first person to review NRFB on the Peninsula? I’ve been here several times and each time I walk out with a cute necklace, a candle to add to my already massive collection, a cute sweater or something else that I sure don’t need, but it sure is cute.
I like this store way better than the 17^th Street location for some reason. I find the sales help a lot nicer and the store is bigger so you are not bumping into people like in Costa Mesa.
I popped in here the Saturday before Christmas and found a ton of cute little stocking stuffers, plus a few things for MOI, natch!
