Chipotle Mexican Grill

Today I swung by Chipotle for a quick lunch and there was a police officer waiting in line in front of me. I was going to offer to pay for his lunch but when I got close to the register the cashier thanked the officer for his service and didn’t let him pay. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised that the people who work at this Chipotle location were so kind and generous to this police officer! I will definitely keep giving my business to this Chipotle because of what I witnessed. We need more of this happening in our world today!

Great location to eat after you go to Newport beach. I would recommend this place. When I came here the portion is a bit small, but the works are nice and friendly

No shirt no shoes no service– at the beach. What a joke. Only place on the penninsula applying that stupid rule. (Not including nice sit down restaurants) its chipotle– not Javier’s. this place has rats anyways.

Around 8pm 5÷13÷16 service is very good here better than Irvine and staffs are good here food delicious

This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. The staff was rude and gave very small portions. I won’t be going back.

This chipotle is amazing. The service is always top notch and the food is always delicious and full of flavor. It is my favorite chipotle! Phillip always has a smile on his face and serves me quickly! Thank you chipotle!

Chipotle is one of my favorite places, but this location is just OK. For some reasons the portions seem significantly smaller than what is normal. The service and everything else is fine, but unfortunately after multiple attempts it is always the same thing with the sizes. Not sure if it is the management or what, but they should be consistent with every other location at least.

Such a great place to grab a fast cheap bite! Their burritos are amazing as I usually get carne asada since I am not a fan of the chicken. Their guac is amaaaazing! The customer service was nice and they did not run out of things even though we came an hour before they close!

Went in with my co-​workers and because we do not have badges @ work, but are IN the medical field they did not honor their «Medical Monday’s» buy one get one free special. The food was bland with zero flavor and to top that off, gave me an item I did not want added to my bowl. You have lost loyal customers today.

Everytime i come to this location i keep hoping somone behind the counter will know wtf they are doing. Fail everytime. Very unorganized for such a routine simple fast food. Small portions compared to every other chipotle i’ve been to. Is this a fake chipotle restaurant? Get it together punkasses

I honestly love the vibe of walking into this chipotle. Every single member of the staff is extremely friendly and inviting and I always receive healthy portions of food. A special shout out to Jackie who always goes above and beyond to take care of myself and I’m sure every other guest that comes in as well!

Chipotle is a great company but unfortunately i have to live by this one. Never thought id give a negative review to chipotle because i love the restaurant! But cmon im a fimilar face at this location and the portion sizes are like no other chipotle ive ever been too!?? Must be the
Manager or something telling them to give such small amounts? Always new employees here aswell. Never see fimilar faces.

I eat Chipotle about three or four times a week. I have been to probably over 40 locations in my lifetime, and this location is easily the best one. The quality of food exponentially surpasses the others I’ve tried. The portions are hearty, and the ingredients taste bomb. The staff is always super friendly and happy to serve us. Will definitely continue coming back.

sent my coworker on a food run! This is supposed to be a Chicken bowl with extra lettuce! NOTE: I just removed that top cover! Not been touched AT ALL! WTF!!! Really Disappointed!!!

Food was excellent for price point. Portion size food. Clean and people working there were nice. I’ll definitely go again.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. No customer service skills! The short guy who was serving seemed like he didn’t understand a word that was coming out of my mouth –_​– and then later proceeds to give me attitude when I asked for a little more corn. It’s not that hard to understand chicken, lettuce, or cheese.

Beach restaurant and they kicked out my buddy for having no shoes. Who wears shoes at the beach?
Tried charging 3.50 extra for a quesarito those gypsies. Ended up paying 9.50 for dog food burrito. Scott tried giving me half a scoop. Worst chipotle ever.

I haven’t written a review before, but I thought it was necessary with this chipotle location.
If I could give 0 stars I would, the corporation needs to take this place over. The employees are very disrespectful. I live down on the peninsula and I frequent this location often, I haven’t seen any of there employees stick around for more than a year. They’re often irritated by the drunk people, but they need to take it for how it is, it’s Newport.
This chipotle often forces people through the lines in a rush without even considering there order. They don’t want to deal with you. Period. I have had one of the employees roll there eyes at me and whisper to themselves. I understand you don’t want to be at work.
Overall don’t go to this location.

Wow this location has to be the stingiest Chipotle I have ever gone to. Their scoop portions of everything was super weak and even when I ordered guac on the side, he didn’t even fill the entire container up! it was like ¾ full whereas most Chipotle’s usually fill it to the top and scrape off what wont fit under the cap. Even the size of their burritos looked small. On top of that, all the workers here looked super miserable and barely even spoke to us. Definitely NOT coming back to this location.

Ohhh my goodness how I love me some Chipotle! This location is the closest to where I live… checked out Unilocal and saw the reviews… thought to myself ehhh I’ll chance it since I’m too lazy to drive. I was pleasantly surprised. I always get the chicken salad or chicken burrito bowl with a lot of medium and hot salsa. I’m talking about «I’ll have some food with my salsa… not some salsa with my food!» Yes I have an addiction to salsa. They always fill up my bowl to the top and are very friendly. The inside seating is small and awkward, but when i come here i am usually on a date by myself so I don’t care where I sit. If there is no outside seating then I just walk to the beach and eat it there. Depending on the time and day you go it can get busy but, patience people patience… I will be back!
