One star only because Unilocal requires a rating… Terrible does not even describe this place. Went on a Monday afternoon with my family. Long story short, overpriced, understaffed and dirty. Waited at counter for 15 minutes to place order while 3 workers just stood by. Food over priced and not good at all. Waited in line for at least 20 mins to buy package for bowling and laser tag. Bowling alley was out for at least 20 minutes, notified front desk 3 times. Could not finish the hour that we paid for and only played 35 minutes. Late to our scheduled laser tag because of the outage and they refused to let us in. They told me I should have told them sooner our lane was out and that it was our fault because we failed to hit the reset button(which btw, we did). Offered me refund on laser tag only after I made a fuss about it and coins to compensate for the outage for the terrible arcade they have– half the machines don’t even work. I asked to speak to manager. Old woman at desk told me she is owner and pretty much had a too bad attitude. Will never go back. This place does not understand what customer service is and they do not deserve repeat customers.

The atmosphere was cheesy and dirty feeling. All events are done at the same counter. So, we had to wait in line for 25 minutes because of a large lazer tag group by the time we got to the counter it would have been another ½ hour for an open lane. With no ATM or way to play video games without cash or go into the indoor playground without buying a pass/tokens from that same long line. Just to be clear I would never had let my kids go into the playground.. Will never go back.

Terrible place full of terrible people!!! I went there on a Saturday with my 3 children we had to put our name on a list and they were going to call us over the intercom(which they never did) when I confronted the person I was told my reservation had been canceled. We had already ordered an overpriced $ 15 pizza(that had little to no sauce, and it was clear that the person in the open kitchen was opening Stew Leonard pizza dough for the base) so we decided to stay for a bit. This should have been enough for us to leave but they also had a new poorly lit play area that my children wanted to play on so we paid the $ 5 per child fee for a shaky jungle gym and ball pit that was full of cobwebs, dirt, and old candy. We then tried our luck in the arcade. The machine spit out different sized coins the smaller ones only fit in low ticket yield machines and when I confronted the person behind the desk they told me it was impossible for the machines to not be working since someone had been there a few weeks ago to service them then proceeded to warn the other person behind the counter to watch out for greedy a**holes like me(all this after spending close to $ 50 in their building). They followed to me to the game used their own coin and suddenly the machine worked they rolled their eye and walked away yet after leaving neither my or another customer’s coin would work in the same machine. I would give them a 0 out of 10 for cheap over priced food, dirty atmosphere and rude employees!!!

Way overpriced for what they offer atmosphere is dirty and dingy music is horrible playing slow Bluegrass now I know why there is no buddy in here except for two other lanes if someone could buy this place out it could really be something but as it sits it’s definitely the worst bowling alley have ever been to in my life and I’ve been to probably 50

I grew up coming to this place when I was little because I hated bowling alleys due to limited numbers of light weight balls. Back then it was called T-Bowl but in the past few years the place was renovated and operates under the name Fun Squared. Under the new branding the place offers T-Bowl Duckpin Lanes and Knight’s Quest Laser Tag. During the renovation process I don’t think they touched the T-Bowl Duckpin Lanes at all because I remember it exactly as it was when I was younger. T-Bowl is fun for all ages because the ball is small and there’s little risk of getting hurt. The game still requires skill. The new addition of Knight’s Quest Laser Tag made coming to Four Squared an easy choice. You can buy a package deal and get both bowling and laser tag. When I take my little sister and her friends we always do the combo package. $ 15 gets you 1 session of laser tag and 1 hour of bowling. If you want 2 sessions of laser tag and 1 hour of bowling that will cost you $ 18. Really that is that bad because the kids are getting exercise and they’re out of trouble for at least 2 hours. Their arcade is pathetic. Limited options and really a waste of money. For the amount of money you will spend on the games you can go out and have many more hours of fun elsewhere so I guess you skip the nasty arcade. Overall I don’t think this place is terrific nor do I think it’s a total dump. It has potential. The staff needs to do a better job of keeping the place up. I wish the tables weren’t as sticky as they are. Wish the toilet paper dispenser is full. Despite many shortcomings I still use them as an option when I have children around. It could be a little cheaper and a little cleaner but they’re in no rush to focus on those issues as they have no real competition in the Duckpin Bowling sector.
