This Dunkin will attend more customers so if you are in a rush, utilize the Dunkin that is downstairs. The girls can be quick with the orders but it can get chaotic in such a small space.

Shouldn’t Dunkin Donuts coffee taste mostly the same regardless of location? I only drink black coffee and I’m usually fine with what DD serves, but every time I’ve gotten it from this location it tastes burnt, stale, or worse. Avoid unless you’re desperate for caffeine!

Rude idiots… I bought a coffee or bagel here a few times and always bad service… but one time I walked in and ordered a bagel and an employee was having a mental breakdown. I travel by train to/​from New Haven frequently, and the New Haven train station is literally full of psychos.

It’s right next to a particularly sad looking Subway, so it was a no-​brainer for us to choose where to get a quick one for breakfast. In terms of business, this was crushing Subway’s butt, and the line for this tiny shop didn’t get any shorter in the half hour period. Tried two different breakfast rolls and hash browns, and they were good, I think, because it was so unmemorable that I have no idea what it looked or tasted like.
Good job on diversifying the menu though, as DD is almost dead in Australia, with Krispy Kreme barely hanging. It was incredible to see certain businesses seemingly on every corner on this trip though, such as CVS, DD, and Subway. Oh, I forget I’m in the US. haha

The employees are rude. Especially the woman named «Becky”-#fail. The worse service today Ave actually argued with us about throwing our food around due to her own incompetence!

Fast and good service, this Dunkin Donuts always bring the caffeine addict to its yard. Nothing bad to say about this place. They also closed late, around 10PM.
