Another shit hole where the local douche bags people leave their shit lying, around take up all the tables and then act like you’re going to steal their s*** if you have to stand next to it to actually add milk and sugar to your coffee. How the f*** does a place like this even make money. The manager is an idiot. Constantly hitting on customers. But he obviously knows not to hit on me. I obviously don’t look dumb and desperate enough to him. Never stepping foot in this place again. Ever f****** ever. f*** this place.

I second the review that there are always random people loitering in this location.
Regarding the staff, I’ve never not had a problem with language barrier when ordering and more than once I’ve had to have an order made again because something about it was incorrect once it was prepared. Never mind that I clarify up to 3 times before paying exactly what it is that I want, it still doesn’t get prepared right. Wastes time for both employees and myself, and wastes money for the company when something has to be thrown out and prepared again.
2 stars only because the location is convenient to where I live and because I like Dunkin Donuts coffee.

On Saturday mornings this place is always filled with vagrants of some type. One in particular I call the crazy napkin lady. She just walks around and stares at people and waits for a napkin to fall on the ground, so she can pick it up and put it in her purse. One time I asked for a decaf tea and the girl gave me a coffee. When I explained her error, she had the nerve to suck her teeth.
