Drive thru is always quick! I love the video ordering system. it’s pretty cool! My drinks are never wrong and are always pipin hot! With the type of traffic that corner gets… they get orders done quick… the only annoyances is that because it is so busy there is always a line. parking lot is small

Love everyone who works here! So friendly, know you by name and always know what I want!

black guy working at this location is super sarcastic. I was waiting around for 4 minutes before he asked was I helped. when I said no, he chuckled and said «my bad». he helped others while I was placing my order. got my order wrong. also said my coupon was used already so I couldn’t use it there. once I said I haven’t used it. he said «man, I don’t know. but you can’t use it here.» my wrong drink also took forever to be made. which was a passion tea…

I’m here about 4 times out of the week and I’m so glad they made a drive thru Starbucks closer to my house. The only bad thing is it’s on a corner and trying to leave or get it in is always hard because people won’t let you in or out. But other than that this Starbucks is clean and very nice inside the staff is really friendly and your drinks are made super fast :)

Nothing against the workers but the place itself is unbearably hot I can’t imagine how hot it will be in the summer. And for that reason only this review gets one star

Just today I ordered an iced macchiato & a peppermint mocha frappuccino. They handed me two hot drinks so I waited until they returned to the drive through window to let them know I wanted cold drinks. I literally left with an iced macchiato & an iced peppermint mocha drink. Put in mind I asked for a peppermint mocha frapp, a frappuccino is supposed to be blended! I’ve never left this Starbucks satisfied. They have never I mean never ever served my order right. I always have to tell them the order is wrong & once I do they deactivate work mode & start rolling eyes & talking to me with attitude. If I can avoid going to this Starbucks I would, sad to say it’s the only one around my job. They need baristas with experience & they need to work on their attention to customer detail. I shouldn’t be paying for drinks I don’t want & I must say I’ve done so a few times & I’m fed up with it.

This Starbucks is like any other location as far as environment and drinks go but I like the convenience of this location.

Im a fan of any Starbucks with a drive thru.
Been here a couple times and I have no complaints about the customer service, the baristas have all been friendly. I saw a couple black aprons here too…
Our drinks were made up to sbux standard. Husband usually gets an upside down iced caramel macchiato. I usually stick to the teas.
Only thing is, it’s a very busy area and a pain if you need to turn Left when leaving.

I always get fast service here. Superior quality customer service as well. I tend to go to the drive-​thru. Please folks, if you can’t spell, don’t try and write nasty reviews because your fat ass wanted a triple chocolate cake espresso with 4 pumps kiddy temperature extra foam on top and couldn’t wait long enough for one in the drive thru. :)

I gave this place a second chance, and they failed again!!! But this time it was worse! First off they didn’t have what I wanted… Then the lady handed me the cup with the napkin wrapped around it. I was like huh that’s kinda weird but okay. I took the napkin off and it was because the cup was cracked and she didn’t care and just sent it out, not caring about the customers not to mention the fact they all looked like they hated their jobs!!! I mean I understand it’s the morning after Halloween, but get together and have some espresso shots before you open or something!

In the morning it’s not that early, the drive way around 8ish has no line, and I love it!!! Get my hot Chai and go straight to work. I think I beat the am traffic. This is going to to be my morning stop every other day

So far I’ve been here twice through the drive thru. Both employees have been super friendly. Today I had Jasmine, she’s was super upbeat and pleasantly.

Came here for the first time for a hot chai tea latte through the drive thru. Heidi took my order and was amazing, she and the lady at the window had amazing customer service. She even added a pump of hazelnut for free :). I enjoy Starbucks with drive thru’s and will definitely make this my home location!

Arrived and asked for a secret menu item, for some reason the girl’s atitude changed drastically. I showed her the recipe in my sister’s phone and she claimed some policy and could not leave the cashier place fast enough. Her name is Nicki (thin, tan and with long brown hair with light brown highlight) walked away and headed to the drive thru and assigned someone else as she walked away. The barista Ty stepped in and got us great service, great attitude. The 3 stars are only for his great save otherwise this would be –1 stars.

My husband just went to buy me a strawberry crème frapp! Did not taste how it usually would taste!
And it looked water down too!

I left the concert venue at Sweetwater High School and saw this brightly lit Starbucks Drive Thru sign across the street. I drove into the drive through with two cars ahead of me. When I got to the speaker, nothing. More nothing. More nothing. I called and got no response. As there were two cars ahead of me and, as the sign says pull up to the window if you need assistance, I proceeded into the line. The two cars were served and when the car in front of me left, the window was closed. I pulled up and was ignored. Kindness and courtesy and professional management would suggest that, if you’re closed, shut off the sign, politely tell me at the speaker that you’re sorry but we’re closed, open the window and politely say you’re sorry but we’re closed. This was the rudest I’ve ever been treated in any business. Just terrible.

I asked for a refill on my sweetened green tea with no ice and they gave me an unsweetened green tea with ice. When I went back up to return my drink they charge me again and whom they seemed very unfriendly at my request. Not sure I would recommend this spot, especially on a busy afternoon.

So came here after our other Starbucks became Inconsistent off mile of cars way. This one has been really good so far. Me and my co worker went the other day and RUBEN was awesome. Very upbeat and happy and his energy was great along with a good sense of humor for those long work days. Not to mention the drinks were great. Starbucks employee of the year right there. Keep it up Ruben, great and fun customer service.

These are my people!
1) the OG crew from Sweetwater/​805 is amazing. The pace and customer demand has easily quadrupled and the team is amazing, as always.
2) the drive-​thru is so much faster than Plaza (I hate that location). And the 2-​way camera is fabulous! I enjoyed walking into the old location and seeing everyone each day — now I still get that (kind of) with the drive-​thru.
3) my drink is always delicious. I love you guys! Keep it up, I know the pace is crazy but you’re managing and STILL faster than Plaza :-D

They just opened today & they got my hubsicle’s name right too!
