Starbucks

Wrong check in earlier lol. This Starbucks location is Closed. They moved to Highland Ave National City near Sweetwater high school.

They are pretty good with their coffee love it ;)
If you need coffee reall th good place to stop by and fast service.

I ordered an ice coffee and a trenta passion tea lemonade sweetened and didn’t even bother to sweetened the passion tea lemonade this is like there 5^th time missing my order up they are really terrible

I absolutely love this place. Definitely recommend you this place. Employees do a great job when it comes to my morning coffees!

How have I not reviewed my Starbucks?!
Okay. First, I need to commend these guys for being patient because I am that person with the crazy order (sorry) and the majority not only dealt with it happily, but memorized it!
The manager here, Israel, is so friendly and down to earth, you can’t help but feel like you’re seeing an old friend each morning.
There are some newer staff that I’m not familiar with, but lucky for them I’ve moved on from frappuccinos — now I drink iced coffee. Much easier. =)
Everyone is great, though! Kimmy, Heidi, Chris, Ashley — even when they’re crazy busy, they’ve got you. If you need your drink tweaked, just ask. Want that pumpkin bread warmed up? Hell yeah you do! Is there nowhere to park? You betcha! Did you just wait ten minutes for a parking spot and you got inside to find a line of 20 people? Oh yeah. But it’s because they’re that good.

So far I like most Starbucks. Has tables outside. The barista was helpful in describing the teas herbal and regular. Smaller floor plan but cozy. It faces Sweetwater road. I had the peach herbal tea in tranquility really good and aromatic. Not too crowded. Closes early I believe.

the best starbucks by far, even when they get super busy (which is often) they manage to get the drinks right, and keep a smile on their face!

Very friendly employees! One of the best Starbucks I’ve visited. Its not a very big Starbucks either. They hadn’t run out of anything compared to the last two Starbucks I’ve visited this past week. I was able to get my favorite Salted Caramel Mocha drink and my friend got a Caramel Brulee Frappacino. I also got a sausage sandwich and cake pop. The drinks were delicious and everyone working there was so nice!

I would normally give it a five star rating. But the two girls working this morning were dumber than mud and got our order wrong. They only got one drink right. And explaining I wanted a blended mocha with no coffee in it was like trying to teach a bird how to make coffee. And the one drink they got right, I had to tell them not to put chocolate drizzle on. That drink isn’t supposed to have it. Learn the menu ladies.
Every other time I’ve gone in, the drinks were excellent and the baristas were sweet and amazing. This time I got them rolling their eyes and messing up my drinks, then them acting like I was the idiot. And they charged me even tho I had a free drink on my card. Like I said, normally this place is five stars. This morning it was so bad I had to rant on Unilocal.They were fast, yes. But only cause they can’t understand that blended does not mean you throw ice in it and serve it as an iced coffee. My husband tried mine and said it tasted like vomit. Idk how you can mess up a white mocha but they did. I hope these girls are just temps and we can get the better baristas back.

Great place, unfortunately not all Starbucks are the same, but luckily this is one if the good ones. Tiffany is awesome!!!

The baristas can be unprofessional, they are talking and laughing so loud when there’s customers inside or in line… even while I’m trying to make an order. I came here twice and both times were not good… this was in the afternoon. .

Unprofessional staff… talking, laughing and ignoring customers. One walked out of the bathroom and proclaimed to everyone how much it smelled in there. When my drink was ready, it was just put on the counter… didn’t ask for my name.

The baristas are just cool and down to earth. Small space. Nothing fancy. But one of the busiest SB in San Diego.

I come here on my way to work from time to time, but each time I do the morning crew never disappoints me! They are always very helpful and ready with a smile. Thanks morning crew for starting my days off right!

I love the friendly staff but it’s so small and not enough seating inside. People hog the seating inside with there laptops so annoying oh well but every thing else is amazing

Talking about customer service… I ordered two drinks and this girl hands me one of them offerd me a topper which was nice. And she noticed that I wasn’t leaving so she gives me this look like what?! Ahhh I am waiting for the other drink. Anyway so she goes oh and makes the other drink and olays with her phone and chuckles. So unprofessional didn’t even aoologize for her dumb ass forgetting the order and lag while she was on it. They need to have name tags so I can name her on here.

Awesome service! I’ve been coming here for well over a month and I tend to stop by here after my workout for my daily iced soy caramel macciato. They rarely charge me for soy, since I’m lactose intolerant. Kyle and Heidi are awesome employees!
