Worst customer service ! Sunday, June 19 at 3:25 pm, I stood in line with 4 or 5 people ahead of me ordered their
my turn came and I ordered a venti Iced Americano. The folks ahead of me got their orders first, as expected. 12 or 15 minutes later, I was still waiting for mine. I got tired of waiting and walked up to the counter where people pick up their orders and when I asked if my drink is ready, that was the only time the girl started on making it in a hurry and pushed the cup quickly and rudely on the counter and said“there you go!“What really infuriated me was that more people who ordered more complicated drinks after me got their orders first! I felt very disrespected because these so called baristas pick and choose who they will serve first! The one who made my drink even gave me that dirty look when i asked her why didnt they prepare my order in a timely manner! I wanted to complain to a manager right then and there, but since they took a long time getting my order ready i was running late and almost missed my bus! This store will not get any more business from me and I will tell my friends and family who are loyal Starbucks customers to avoid this store! With poor customer service and rude employees, this store gets zero stars from me. the only reason I am giving it one star is because Unilocal wouldnt allow me to post without it!

My wife stops by on her way to work. And 3 of the last three visits the drink has been wrong or someone else’s completely. She never has the time to go back and get it right. But cmon? When asked for coconut milk instead of water. They take it as no water and just put the flavor pump and ice. Or the time she got a completely different drink. $ 15 an hour? Cmon really I’ve worked in a taco shop, retail, etc. have a little pride in your job. Even if it’s not the job you really want. Someone else out there will be thankful to be employed and take it just a little seriously.

Perfect location for business but also always busy. The drive thru baritas was really nice and attentive. To be the first time at this location it was alright. My drink was perfect and liked the service. Will come back only when i have enough time on my hands.

Nice new-​looking building style that’s shared with Jersey Mike’s and I think with Chipotle as well. Customer service was very friendly and service was swift — but, the worst hazelnut latte that I’ve ever had. I think the barista quadrupled the pumps of syrup on a grande. it was very unpleasant to drink…

Always a miss with this location! When they first opened it was GREAT their drinks were well made everything was so good. Their attention to detail has become poor. If it’s not a cookie being forgotten to get warmed up when I asked for it warmed up, then it’s my mocha frapp being drizzled with mocha all in the cup when I specifically asked for drizzle only on the top OR wrong size in drink. Not sure why if their drive thru is always empty! Terrible.

Busy location, just off the 5, northbound side. Decent size parking, but it fills up as its shared with multiple businesses and restaurants.
A fairly large Starbucks branch, plenty of tables inside as well as some tables outside. The baristas were friendly and the wait for our drinks wasn’t long…
We ordered 4 different Starbucks drinks total, and they were all made correctly, so no complaints.
I love any branch with a drive thru…
And a changing table for your diaper babies in their restroom is another +++++!

I love this Starbucks. I always go to study and usually at night it’s a little crowded but they still have a lot of space for such a small location. Melyssa is my favorite barista! She is always happy to see me and remembers exactly what I want. She makes my Starbucks experience a memorable one every time.

Sweet treats for kiddos after chipotle. This location is not super busy and they also have a drive thru service. Clean restroom. Nice outside seatings with umbrellas.
Drinks: sweetened venti passion tea & tall vanilla bean frappucino with caramel drizzle.
Sweets: birthday cake pop and petite vanilla scones hmmm addition !
Overall, good CS! highly recommended. Location is easy access off 5freewayS mile of cars. New building where Chipotle and Mike Jersey subs. Also walking distance to Dennys & In-​and out burgers. Happy Sunday funday (*~*)

Service is fast, customer service is the best I’ve had at a Starbucks and in a couple of occasions I haven’t liked my drinks (either because I ordered the wrong one or forgot to be specific) and their reaction is always polite and takes the embarrassment away.
I normally go in the evening, I don’t know how it goes during the day but the staff on this shift rocks!

I to give a special shoutout to the Morning crew of this Starbuck! No matter how long the drive thru line is i never have to wait more than 8 mns, they always get my drink right and their costumer service is excellent!!! Best starbucks drive thru!

Never coming back here again I can’t believe I ordered two Ham & Cheese savory foldovers and BOTH of them were completely burnt. I spent $ 7 just to get burnt food. If you wouldn’t eat it yourself then don’t service!!!

First time here. Ordered double chocolate chip frap no whip. Got a double chocolate chip frap with so much whip hahaha I will say it could possibly been due to drive thru very busy. Still, it’s their job to get it right!

This Starbucks is really big! It’s a drive-​thru Starbucks also which makes it convenient if you’re traveling off of the 5 freeway. If you needed to study or meet with a friend to catch up I would recommend this place, it’s lobby will def serve that purpose.

One of the nicest Starbucks Ive been to and roomie for meetings and studying. The song is not too loud so folks can have a conversation. The service is pretty quick as well.

I last reviewed this location in April and gave it five stars. I don’t know what happened, but it has definitely gone down hill since then.
The baristas used to be so friendly but they seem to have been replaced by less competent and less friendly baristas. I used to be greeted with a warm welcome but that doesn’t happen anymore.
Yesterday I waited over ten minutes for my venti iced caramel macchiato, only to find out it didn’t come with extra caramel like I asked. I know it’s a little thing, but it’s a big disappointment when it cost $ 5.00.
This location used to be the best but sadly, it has slipped to mediocre at best.

Very spacious, lots of tables and seating area. A little dirty and messy. A staff needs to clean the lobby.
Came here twice in one day. First time was drive thru and my friend had a free grande ice coffee sticker card so he ordered a venti and will pay the difference. We got to the window and gave the card to the barista, but he wouldn’t accept it since the promotion ended on 8÷1÷15, WRONG, the card is redeemable through 9÷7÷15, barista was giving us a hard time and said we couldn’t use the card for the venti nor could we pay the difference… So we gave him a hard time and said fine we’ll take a grande instead. Barista ended up giving us the Venti :)
Seriously not a big deal… maybe read all the guidelines on promotion offers you have before being rude to us.

First day of summer for 2015 and a nice cold Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino sounded amazing.
Since I was driving by on the way home, I decided to use the Drive-​Thru. Normally I like to walk in and order because the building is nice and new.
Anyways, there were three other cars ahead of me and after I ordered, we were all waiting for about ten minutes. The line wasn’t moving at all. And when I finally got up to the window, they had to retake my order.
The reason why I am giving this place 4 stars after this experience is because the batista at the window was very sweet and apologetic about the situation. They were having technological difficulties. These things happen, but what makes all the difference is by how the situation is handled.
They were able to fix the situation and quickly made my drink.
My drink was free and it was still delicious!

Starbucks is reliable because of the internet but coffee is honestly aiiiight. Workers are usually quasi nice but I think the thing that irks me is that this location in particular has loud ass music so if you’re trying to study, bring some noise canceling headphones and maybe a sweater so that you don’t freeze your ass off. I love this new location. I love the layout, all the windows, the big space… it’s just the music bruh. Oh yeah… and Starbucks is Starbucks everywhere so you already know about the coffee and pastries etc.

This is a very nice roomy Starbucks with a drive thru just getting under way. It’s located in a very busy strip on Miles of Cars Way near the Interstate 5 freeway. I stopped in for a breather, while I waited for a local eatery to open up for dinner and ordered an iced green tea and coffee cake to temper my hunger pains.
The iced green was good and quite refreshing, and the coffee cake, which had them warm up, was moist and came with a very good cinnamon flavor. The top was a little crumbly, but mostly moist and soft throughout, not that there is anything wrong with that.
The girls that were working the counter were great. One of them was a trainee so a little patients needed to be demonstrated. In the end, they completed their mission with a smile and correctly. This location has some good size tables inside for study groups, which were being occupied by students.

Everytime I went boating with my man, we always passed by this starbucks. We had to give it a try since it looked very spacious and new.
My cashier was Jesse, polite and nice. I don’t know if he made my drink, but it was amaaaaazeballls!!! I ordered pumpkin spice frap (venti) I wanted it in trenta :(sigh
I was scared that my drink was going to be too sweet, but it was perfectly sweetened with a hint of pumpkin :) I feel like a white girl in uggs drinking this LOL jkay
The interior is very clean and spacious, all decorated with modern twist. Dark wood furnitures with metal seats. Perfect place to come in and study or just chill. I’m here to study today though :)
Overall, I already love this location and will be back :)
Starbucks needs to lower their drink prices… getting too expensive for a broke student :(sigh
