I’m writing this because I keep getting an email asking me too. So, it’s a storage place! There’s nothing very exciting about it lol the staff I had dealt with were OK. And my storage unit is working out great! I got lucky and got a unit very close to the gates. My only issue was NOT HAVING THE CORRECT GATE CODE AND NOT ABLE TO CONTACT ANYONE ON A SUNDAY! I called customer service and it rang and rang and kept transferring me to a closed office. I finally got smart and called the phone number that was on a mini van parked in the parkinglot assuming it was the employees car, and got ahold of someone! Got a code, was able to move in. I’m giving 3 stars because I believe there should be someone I can call 24hrs. A day 7 days a week. Being completely closed on sunday to me, is not cool. I was so frustrated when my gate code didn’t work and there was no one to call.

Great place. I am very pleased with this storage facility and the customer service. Noël was very friendly and helpful; great customer service. Very clean, convenient and right off the freeway. Good prices. I feel that it is a very secure and safe place to leave my belongings.

It’s storage… it is what it is. My bf drags me here because we live downtown and have too much Shh… eet! And I wanted to be the duchess of the lamest thing I could think of… :) LOL! Maybe they’ll make a new badge for that and I wanted to be ahead of the curve!!!
