Super friendly and helpful. I went in on Sunday to get a trailer but one of the lights didn’t work. They let me take a better trailer for the same price because of the problem. This was my second time renting a trailer from this location and I won’t go anywhere else. The staff really made the difference.

I needed a bike carrier hitch mounted on my 2015 Sante Fe. I went to the U-​Haul store and met the Manager, Robert Kiple. I told him what I needed regarding a hitch and he ordered exactly what I wanted. After a few days I returned to the store and had the trailer hitch mounted by, Mike. He did a great job. Neat and clean. He even replaced a cotter pin on my carrier that was worn at no added charge. I am throughly satisfied. The carrier was fairly priced and the installation charge was more than fair. Great Job!
