BUYER BEWARE! I ordered the toddler size of a monogrammed knit hat from their website. The only photo they showed was the infant size. The finished product looked nothing like what they advertised. In fact, the monogram was significantly smaller and the «roll» on the hat covered the monogram. It is completely unwearable… a complete waste of $ 50. The PInk Giraffe did not stand behind their product. I will never order from them again and will spread the word to others about their poor reputation.

The company is not customer friendly and unyielding on it return policies. They don’t make customers happy. I am very disappointed in my dealings with them, is it really worth the $ 48 for an iphone case (overpriced) to be so rude about it. Keep my money, but I’ll be sure to tell all my friends not to use your company.

It is Dec 23rd … I odered a monogramed gold watch for my granddaughter for Christmas on NOVEMBER 10th and STILL have not received it. Naturally, I am totally disappointed and I will not use this company again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.
