This café has a nice décor, clean, friendly, and good food which is why I gave it a 4*. It is counter service which works for me because I have control to get my food as soon as it is ready.
I got a sandwich and salad which was average (all items were fresh). My daughter got the Shrimp Alfredo which she said was one of the better ones she has had in Nashville. Their menu offers vegetarian options such as a «hot bella sandwich» (which is supposed to be one of the most popular items on the mean) and a black bean burger (which they were out of at the time).
I am surprised there are not really any reviews on this site for this place since there appears to be local office workers eating here. I would eat here again primarily because of their healthy selections.
Another attraction is they do have live jazz.
