The worst experience ever! I work in the mall and spend about 85.00 to 100.00 dollars a month at this location. I have been a loyal customer from the beginning. Today I went for a refill but had forgotten my cup from earlier in the day. This rarely happens with me. So I get to the register and ask for refill and tell the clerk that I had forgotten my cup from earlier. But the other clerk should remember me. And the other clerk spoke up and yes he’s been in a few times today. The clerk then tells me that she will do it this time but technically I don’t have to give you a refill without your cup!!! I kindly said to the clerk. Technically I don’t have to buy my coffee here and I won’t be back. Who is the manager here? Who is the regional Mgr?

They made a mistake and charged me double. I politely brought it to their attention but was not compensated. I’m a gold card member and have been treated well at most locations. This one is the exception.

In March 2014 I rated This Location a 4 due to no food only Drinks today I go in sane thing as I Left I asked a blonde headed woman when was the best time to get a sandwich her response was we are very busy here, i asked the same question she said it’s best to get here before 12 noon I said wouldn’t it be better to order more sandwiches her response was No its supply and Demand. I said well I’m asking for a sandwich she said come before noon. I laughed and said if I’m ever here at that hour I’ll stop back thru.

Giving only 1 star for 1 reason… The cashier was extremely inappropriate and rude. She told me what I owed and walked away to gather stuff, which is fine. I gathered the exact change and laid it on the counter. When she came back, she repeated the amount owed. I told her«oh it’s right here» and she replied«NEXTTIMEIFYOUCOULDJUSTPICKITUPANDHANDITTOME, THATWOULDBEGREAT». I was dumbfounded. Everybody deals with things in their job they don’t like, but we let it roll off because we are providing good customer service. I say she needs to find a job she is suited for.

It’s Christmas season… maybe get another barista at the bar. No need to be waiting this long this time of year.

I have to agree with a previous review that this is, by far, the slowest Starbucks on the planet. The staff is always friendly enough but when there is no line and there are only 2 people ahead of me, my Pumpkin Spice Latte should not take 10+ min from paying for it, to actually enjoying it. Their slowness became a running joke between myself and my sister who used to be a barista. I would text her as soon as placed my order, and then again when I had my drink in hand so she could witness(via text) how insanely slow they are. Because it is close to work, I previously visited this location 2 – 3 times each week. Not anymore! My last visit was about 6 weeks ago. The barista was having a conversation with another mall employee about how much she hated her job(inappropriate, perhaps?). After 12 minutes, I asked about my coffee. She had given it to the girl she was chatting with by mistake. She apologized and said she would make me another drink. But, I had to wait until she finished the drinks for the 3 customers who were waiting when we realized the mistake. Don’t even get me started about the huge difference between the quality of Starbucks in Nashville compared to Portland and Seattle(where I’m from). Vastly different and an embarrassment to the company. It’s no wonder why my friends who are locals are not big Starbucks fans.

Slowest Starbucks in the history of the planet. It’s 2:20pm on a weekday, there’s literally 9 people in the entire store, and I’m going on 12 minutes waiting for a latte I ordered for my fiancé. Sadly, this is a reoccurring problem here. I come here to grab her coffee a lot, and what should be a 5 minute stop turns into a 20 minute adventure, every single time. Other than that, the store is clean, and the employees are nice. Just your typical(slow) Starbucks.

If you can get a parking spot, this is a pretty decent Starbucks. The one at Kroger isn’t that great and the Green Hills Starbucks is a zoo 24⁄7. The line moves relatively quickly and my drinks seem to come out great.

Always a fan of this Starbucks. As a former employee of GreenHills(Cheesecake Factory) I have frequented this Starbucks on many occasion! I’m glad that the spirit of Starbucks shines through at this location, even though it’s probably owned by GreenHills mall. On my recent visit, I offered my coupon that I received via email from Starbucks for a free Frapp, and while it wasn’t valid the guy still honored it and sent me on my way with a smile. That my friends was worth smiling about! Thanks! I’ll take another tall Americano, please!

This Starbucks is not for people who like a friendly staff. They were not rude but they were not like the type of staff I am used to having at my CA Starbucks. So if you don’t mind that, then this is a good Starbucks.

Okay, so I get that I’m a Washingtonian, and I’m probably a coffee snob. Being that I live in the Starbucks capital of the US, I find it annoying when I go to a Starbucks and they do something extra stupid. Like allow some spoiled rotten teenager tell me they don’t brew any«new»(wait for it) COFFEE after 5pm. Uh… really? To my confusion, he responds by standing there, like I’m the dodo head, and he’s following corporate policy or something. Frustrating!

Quick access, good drinks, a few indoor seats, and consistently good drinks! I like this location for it’s convenience because in the mornings it’s a little slower than the location down the street. While it doesn’t have a large indoor area to sit down it does have a few seats where there are a couple of regulars that offer a kind a greeting. If you feel like chatting, it is never a challenge to find someone to talk with. Usually, I need to get some grad school work done(or catch up on Unilocal reviews) and I hide out behind my computer. The seating outside the store is plentiful. The baristas are always helpful and it seems that they could use a couple of extra hands, but they are good at what they do and always kind.

I’ve always been a home brew coffee kinda girl, so it’s a rarity when I venture into a Starbucks. However, my boyfriend is a huge fan so we decided to go on Saturday. After staring at the menu completely overwhelmed for what seemed like an eternity, I decided to try the Mocha Light Frappuccino. It was the most delicious thing I’ve ever drank. It was a cold, silky combination of mocha and chocolate. A Grande only has 130 calories too. In my eyes, that’s worth raving over!

This is by far the best Starbucks in the Nashville area — Cordell is always upbeat, the staff really go out of their way to make you happy. Drinks are hot, and the only annoying thing is that someone needs to put cones up between the two handicapped spots in front so idiots stop parking there!!! Nice seating in the back, comfortable for laptops or reading. No pressure to move on. And yes, a really great mix of types.

Great Baristas, good coffee, large seating areas with laptop plug ins and plenty of cool people to chat with. Gotta love this Starbucks.

I’ve always had a bad experience at this location. Last time there was some weird leak in my Frap cup and by the time I got to Sephora I noticed the trail of coffee behind me. The staff is always rude, and very busy too. It’s also not a location that you can sit and chill at. It’s a revolving door and reading isn’t possible, too many distractions.

Another pocket Starbucks, similar in size to Church street Starbucks downtown. But here they offer acres of free parking. The greatest mix of local yuppies and visitors this side of Cool Springs comes here for caffeine energy to drop loads of loot shopping here at the most upscale mall in the great state of Tennessee. If the limited seating is full consider getting your coffee at the big Panera Bread, also inside the Green Hills Mall.
