Betsy’s

LOVE this store
I visit Betsy’s every time I go home to Nashville. I get compliments on my Betsy’s clothes every time I wear them and have a purse that I use almost every day that is STILL in great shape after six years! They have some really great jeans and dresses too — which can be tough to find. I highly recommend Betsy’s. Their offering has really gotten more interesting in the past few years as well.

I added Betsy’s to my list of places to shop today, because a friend had on a cute dress at Steeplechase, and she bought it here. I walked in and immediately found the dress. Not that I would buy the same one or anything, but wanted to see what else they had!
I’ll say this – nice things, and pretty reasonable prices, considering the area of town and neighboring stores. But, with the exception of a few dresses and tops, most of the clothing is a bit mature for my 31 years. The shop owner (or who I think was the owner) was extremely nice and laid back – very funny, actually. She made it a fun trip, even though I discovered the shop probably isn’t for me.
It’s mostly casual wear, but there were a few things that would suffice for a dressier occasion. I will go back – if I’m on a search for something in particular. They did have a few things that caught my eye! Stop by if you are out shopping in Green Hills! Definitely no pressure to spend.
