3116 Dickerson Pike, Nashville, TN37207 So…it was Pizza Tuesday. We have a Papa Johns right by the house, or 5 miles away is a Pizza Hut. We had a coupon for 2 large pizzas, $ 9(3 toppings each) each for Pizza so we called in an order for 2 pizzas. We were asked what toppings we wanted on each. So one was pepperoni and extra cheese, the other was pepperoni and onions. The total came to $ 21.30. That seemed a bit high to me. When I got to the restaurant, I asked about the total being so high. I was advised that ‘extra cheese’ was extra. We were NOT advised this when we ordered and the girl asked what toppings on each pizza. It was pointed out, very rudely by the manager on duty that it was on the coupon. It is, but in the SMALLEST print possible, I can’t even read that print in normal light. So instead of an apology, instead of a one time customer service gesture, the manager VERY rudely pointed out the ultra small print on the coupon. I felt this was very embarrassing and RUDE. Maybe next time instead of driving 5 miles to his location we should just drive to Papa Johns. While it was well within his rights, given the coupon, we feel two things should have happened: 1) The girl on the phone clearly KNEW by ringing our total to $ 21.30 that the ‘extra cheese’ was extra and should have advised us, and 2) The manager should not have been as rude and condescending as he was. We asked in a very NICE manner. This Pizza Hut location is NOT customer friendly. We recommend you buy a pizza like DiGiorno’s and eat at home.

Choose any place besides pizza hut to eat, especially this one. Customer service has yet to do anything about this. This is an example of rudeness and the type of people I hate: This was @ Pizza Hut 3116 Dickerson Pike, Nashville, TN37207;phone#615−227−6073 time:1200−1600. My complaint: «I called to order Wings. 3 things upset me. 1st: A man answered ‘pick up or dine in?’ I answered, said ‘I have a question’ & was completely ignored & asked for my number. 2) I continued to order & asked what kind of salads you have. In a mocking tone of voice, the man replied ‘uh…the kind you come in & make yourself! I don’t know what kinda salad you lookin’ fo’!’ I was highly irate at this disrespect. 3) The next day, I called to find out who this person was. A man sounding similar to the man from the previous day answered claiming to be Darrell/Donnell the manager. I asked him if he could identify the man working at that time. I was placed on hold for 15 minutes with no answer. I hung up. Please email me to tell me how you’ll fix this. I’m saving the above text to share on all my artist & personal social media outlets if I see no action taken. Thanks.» Again, as you can see, they did nothing.

Placed a carry out order for lunch. There were only a few people in there for the buffet but still had to wait several minutes before the server got off her cell phone to ask«what do you want?», I said I placed a carry out order, to which he just pointed and said over there to the cash register. I stepped over and waited why she flirted with the cook then got my order out of the warmer. She snapped my total at me and I handed her my debit card. She ran my card and«tossed» my card and receipts on the counter and simply walked away. The order was right and was good at least.
