I feel like people should rate a place comparative to what it represents. For instance, if this place claimed to have the best Chinese food in the city, I would rate it one star. If it claimed to be a strictly vegan restaurant I would do the same. But it’s not any of those. It’s pizza and pasta. It’s not some unenthused high schooler just looking to get through the day by caring as little as possible. It’s great quality. It’s heart and soul. Even the ranch and marinara sides are the best I have ever had. My goto order is a side of cheese breadsticks, extra sides of ranch, Hawaiian pizza. They are always kind and precise and efficient. The food is always delicious and accurate. I have never felt like I was an inconvenience to them. I will not order delivery from any other pizza place. That is all.

This is a solid Roma. We ordered delivery, were told it would be here in 45, it was 55, but that wasn’t a big deal to us at rush hour in E Nashville. They got our order right, and the food was good, considering the price.(Hey, if you want Maggiano’s, go to Maggiano’s, right?) We ordered two lasagnas(only complaint is that there was a TON of marinara sauce to fill the foil to-go container– could have done without that) and a small cheese pizza. Lasagnas came with good salads– lots of veggies and cheese, not just lettuce. We also got cheesecake and chocolate cake, both of which were solid, again, for the price.

Seriously. Over an hour and a half for delivery for 2 subs and cheese bread. Now I remember why I stopped ordering from them. It still isn’t here, but I’m sure it will be cold. ***Update*** 2 hours waiting now. I called 45 minutes ago and was told they were on the way. We live 5 miles away. Called and was put on hold forever.

Pretty standard pizza, but better than the local chain delivery places. Their prices are quite reasonable(especially if you pick it up). They’ve always gotten my order done quick and correctly, and the guys who work here are really nice.

Hands down the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I can’t speak for the other locations but if the formula is at all similar to the Inglewood location, I’m sure they fail too. The crust is cardboard, the cheese is gross and the sauce tastes cheap. The pizza is cheap but I would take little caesars or even a frozen store pizza over this.

The pizza is always really fresh and delicious… they are pretty consistent so I know what to expect each time. I have never had a bad experience. The online ordering is very convenient and a definite plus.

As much as I enjoy ordering from Roma’s at other locations I have to give this location only 2 stars for 2 consecutive bad orders. The first was a meatball pizza that arrived undercooked. I understand a place can get busy and things fall through the cracks, I decided to give them another try. The second was a Stromboli calzone that had a doughy crust and cold raw ingredients in the center with unmelted cheese. I will continue to order at other locations but probably won’t order from this location again.

I said«Jamaican». He thought I said«Mexican». Since I appreciate all ethnicities I paid him 5 bucks for the Mexican pizza in addition to the Jamaican I had to wait on due to our apparent language barrier. We live in the pizza desert, void, wasteland, black hole, salt flats, no man’s land that is East Nashville, so I decided to give a new place(to me) a try. We enjoyed these pies maybe slightly more than most in the area, but not an extra star more, so I’m once again staring a 3 star pizza review square in the face. The Jamaican was our favorite of the two. It has chicken, jalapenos, pineapple, and mandarin oranges. I know…2 fruits on a pizza is stretching it, but the flavors really do mesh well together. We went with their thin crust. I think their conveyor oven runs the pies through a little too quickly. If you like yours crispy you may want to ask them to leave yours in an extra minute or two. The cheese bread was really good and I was very pleasantly surprised by the marinara that came with it. So much so that I may ask for marinara in lieu of pizza sauce on my next pie. Warning: Rant Zone (I am convinced the 5 – 6 pizza places we’ve tried in the area all get their mass-produced institutionalized ingredients from the same corporate wholesale food truck. I SWEAR if someone would open a pizza joint that would commit to real quality ingredients in the general E Nashville area they would make a zillion dollars. And if they would offer a decent Philly Cheese Steak I, for one, would be in there twice a week at bare minimum.) Please forgive the rant. It’s late and I’m grumpy.

I was pleased to learn that there was a Roma out East when I moved into my new home. Roma is a great local pizza chain with a fairly extensive menu. The over-the-phone service at this location always seems to be really friendly, which is more than you expect from a delivery joint. I usually order a small calzone with olives and a house salad. The calzone is huge and served with a big dish of their tasty marinara. I like it even better cold the next day, and there are always leftovers. The house salad in on iceberg, but they are generous with the toppings. All salads are served with two pieces of bread as well so they can be a meal on their own if you’re ordering dinner with someone who’s not in the mood for something heavy.
