Papa John’s Pizza

Alright I’m just gonna say this. I moved here from Louisville, KY where I was born and raised. I attended the University of Louisville and basically lived at Papa Johns stadium. Having the UofL meal card was the best because we got UNLIMITED papa johns and papa johns was my FAVORITE. Until I moved here. I order because I have tons of points and usually get free pizzas but every time I get my pizza it is OLLDDD. Just dried cheese on top. And they ALWAYS forget my cheese cups. And those are probably my favorite thing. The fact that I’m willing to .75 cents for each extra I order and I usually get 3 – 5. Today was the last straw for me. My pizza was so old I could barely rip the crust apart. Not happy about it but I’ll be switching to dominos for the consistency and hopefully the recognition if they mess my order up unlike this place.

It’s a Papa Johns. You should know what the deal is; it’s delicious, hot, ‘merican pizza.
What I will be reviewing is the ability of this location to provide exemplary product, in the Papa Johns fashion, in a timely and courteous manner.
They do this. Consistent and courteous.

The toppings were wrong. The pizza was soggy. This will be the last time, Mr. John. You’re no papa of mine.

The customer service here is pretty bad. I stood there for 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging me and they answered the phone multiple times before helping in store customers. The pizza is alright, a little bland.

I can’t keep it any longer — I hate you, Papa John’s.
I’ve ordered from this place a handful of times because 1.) coupons, and 2.) I can order online. Mostly because of reason #2. However, I ordered from this location and for the THIRD time, they’ve given me regular soda instead of diet. If it was just another flavor, okay, I can excuse that because it may have been a mistake once… However, I can only drink diet soda and I did pay for it after all, you know? So after the third time, I called them back and politely asked for an exchange. They said they’d have the driver swing by on their next time and before I could even say, «Thank you,» they hung up on me.
While waiting, I watched the entire first Ghostbusters movie before realizing they weren’t coming.
So do yourself a favor, East Nashvillians. We have Italia, 5 Points Pizza, Steak & Pizza, AND Roma’s. We don’t need Papa John’s and inconsistent service ’round here.

I eat papa john’s at least twice a week. How’s that for first hand experience Woodrow?
I wish Nashville had better pizza choices.

Maybe I have gotten spoiled from eating Italia pizza so much, but man this place was gross. Seriously, how much sugar do they put in their pizza. I have had pizza with sweet sauce before, but sweet crust?! I used to like this stuff when I was younger, but man.
