Would give this place a ZERO if I could. We live close and have stopped for either breakfast or evening ice cream but every visit we leave saying never again. Food is awful, and getting worst, place is dirty and staff are rude to boot. Place is bad even for a MCDs…

This is by far the best McDonalds I’ve ever eaten. I’ve become a regular here due to the friendliness, promptness and just a well run operation. Perfect, no… But neither am I. And they almost are!

Dear McDonalds of Middle TN Specifically the Location at the Shoppes on the Harpeth: Famished, I entered your drive thru a few short minutes ago and ordered two Jalepeno Doubles. They were everything I could have ever asked for in a Fast Food Burger: Jalepeno’s, Crunchies for texture, Melted Cheese, and a Crispy Bun. Bravo! The burgers were served with Weapons-Grade High Fives from the Drive Thru Cashier and Assistant Manager. Once Again, Bravo.

This is the cleanest & most friendliest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. Everyone seems genuinely happy to be working here. I don’t think one person didn’t eagerly welcome me without a smile & really mean it. I don’t think I want to leave here. & the food was hot and fresh. *** Free pie with any large value meal!!! *Free*

Although I am not a big McDonalds eater I do get a craving once in a while and although I have tried several in the area this particular Mickey D’s is by far the best. The place is clean, the service is good (both the Drive Thru and inside) and the food is always hot and fresh.
