I have been to this location a few times and on each visit I had to wait for at least 10 minutes once ordering. You also better hope your food is correct and don’t want a refund. I did that once and the cashier looked at me like I was speaking a different language then rudely asked if I spoke to a manager. Once the manager came over the situation didn’t get better. Save yourself from this horrid place and go to the Wendy’s the next exit down.

I had the spicy chicken sandwich and it was hot and delicious but my fries were barely lukewarm. Customer service at the counter was very friendly and restaurant was clean.

Yikes! Came here late night around 12:15ish and of course there wasn’t many options available in the Bellevue area so I really had to settle for Wendy’s. Anyways my cousin and I ordered through the drive thru the «Baconator» and a spicy crispy chicken sandwich meal! They disclosed upfront it would be 6 mins to wait for the food to be fresh… Absolutely we will wait I replied! They lady taking the order knew barley any English I suppose this is why they stuck her on the graveyard shift but anyways the food was what it was it’s fast food. BuT if you happen to be in this area of Nashville and looking for food good luck because everything literally shuts down super early!

This place only receives 1 star because I have to give it a star in order to rate the location. This is one of the worst Wendy’s ever. I frequent Wendy’s all of the time because I love their salad. However I couldn’t even purchased my food because the attitude of one of the cashiers. She was so rude I refused to give them my business. I called the 800 customer service number and then promptly left to find another Wendys. Not to mention there were two bugs on the floor

Dear Dave,
You’ve left a legacy through your daughter. I felt you should know that this store was in a good clean state, had friendly employees, and the nuggets and Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger were up to your usual standard. The fries were the only thing that were subpar — over fried and dried. The Wild Berry Lemonade and Tea were a nice tasty surprise. Thanks for a good fast meal!

Rarely do I bother to rate a fast food restaurant as they are all the same for the most part. However, Stelli (cashier) was rude enough that I had to comment. Every Wendy’s that I have been to before, if a drink refill is needed I have stepped to the side of the counter and gotten a refill. Today Stelli informs me in a not polite tone that I must get back in the order line for the refill. Her exact words were «to the back of the line». There are too many fast food choices to tolerate this silly rule and this rude behavior!

More of the top tier of fast food burgers. They don’t mess up my orders anywhere near as often as the other «guys» near by. The food doesn’t feel as mass produced as the other places.
