Ok! Let’s get this thing started! I reserved a room here using my CLC… a referral from my husbands business. Seemed pretty reasonable being that I have a kid in College just a few miles away. So I reserved a double bed suit the day before, the day of I was out all day trying to get my kid settled in her Dorm room so I didn’t get to the room until late that night. Earlier that day I called to tell them that I was still coming and that I still needed my room, they never asked me for a credit card because of my corporate lodging, which usually I never have to give them anyway because it’s on my account. Anyway I get there around 9 pm-ish to check In and they tell me that they don’t have anymore double bed suits available… Ummm I called earlier to make sure, what do you mean there are no more left? So they tell me they have a queen which I take because at this time I’m exhausted. Get in the room and get settled in. My daughter is in the living room of the suite because she just wasn’t ready for her mom to be alone and my cousin is in the king bed with me O_o. So I proceed to turn on the heat in the room because it had gotten really chilly in Nashville on this particular night, the heater started to smell like it was burning so I turned it off after about 10 minutes, around the same time my cousin went outside for a smoke… And she came back in. I took a shower and I heard a knock at the door, it was the front desk with Security saying someone had complained that we were smoking in a non smoking room and they needed check out the scene… Are you serious? I told them that It may have been the heating unit that they smelled. They proceeded to check my room like I was in Prison and couldn’t find anything. Before they left the young lady told me that the CC on my account wasn’t going through and someone needed to come and fix it. Ok how my account is set up through corporate lodging the money comes out monthly so I figured they just wanted to give me a hard time because someone complained that they thought we were smoking in a non smoking room. Later on that night I fell asleep and I get a call around 1am with the front desk threatening to put us out because of the CC, so I had to walk to the front desk in my pajamas and fix the issue. Ok I understand that they want their money but is it really that serious, I felt like we were being singled out because of the smoke issue. The establishment was really nice and clean but it seems like they have a little bit of riff raff going on because the price is so reasonable. Not only did they not have the room I requested but I felt harassed and singled out, I would rather stay somewhere else when I go to see my daughter which is often. Thanks but no thank extended stay.

I’ve never had to hold my breath coming in and out of my hotel room… The dumpster area was right outside my room’s door. I’m not sure if this area is cleaned out regularly. It isn’t enclosed, so the area around my room smelled horribly foul. In fact, I noticed the odor throughout the property when I checked out. Every time we left the room, we’d have to hold our breath and run to the car. The hotel itself and rooms were also supposed to be non-smoking; when we first entered the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. Thankfully, there’s a Walgreen’s nearby so we picked up a can of Lysol to spray the room and bed sheets; which were food(I hope that was food) stained. The bathroom shower was dirty, there were no plates, silverware or other amenities that are usually standard at «extended stay» type of hotels(I usually stay at Marriott’s Residence Inn which provides everything for a comfortable, long term stay and is a lot cleaner.) When I called the front desk to request a room change and ask about the free wireless — that did not work the entire time we stayed, no one answered. When I checked out there was no one at the front desk. I had to yell hello down the hallway to get service. My daughter, who also accompanied me on this trip, needed wireless internet access for schoolwork. We had to drive to Panera and sit for a couple of hours for her to get some of her school work done. It was a disappointing stay. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Let me first say I have stayed in several Extended Stay hotels. This one is one of the best plus its completely non-smoking, rooms just refurbished so everything is like new. The staff beyond compare they go out of their way to make sure your happy and satisfied. Don’t know why anyone says anything negative nothing negative to say. No stench like someone mentioned I think by being a complexly non-smoking facility that was eliminated. For people in wheel chairs this is the place to stay. Great rooms easy to move around in with a chair. You can also use your lift if needed it fits under the bed perfectly.

Seriously? Someone is supposed to stay here for an extended period of time? You have to pay extra for internet, they don’t give you shampoo, there is no hair dryer and the kitchen is dismal. Furthermore, the people at the front desk had no idea about anything. The only good part was that the bed was decently comfortable. But the pillows were really big. Moving on…

You sneeze, you pay extra. This no-frills extended stay hotel might charge a low rate to attract customers, but if you want your room cleaned, or more than one bed, or an internet connection, you will have to pay for it. And service? Try dialing the front desk, for example to inquire why the extra-cost internet connection in down. Perhaps I would get an answer if I paid extra for it … Yet it deserves 2 stars as the room is clean, functional, and modern.
