What a mistake… As a frequent business traveler I should have known better. Learn from my mistake. Upon arrival — no front desk personnel available(signage was posted stating they would return in 10 minutes); no elevators to higher floors no ice no bath towels(had to dry with hand towels) no conditioner(shampoo only) no in-room coffee both lobby coffee urns were empty «Grab and go» breakfast was not available no room service All kinds of excuses for the«not haves». Staff was courteous, but owners should be ashamed. Do not stay here — I was offered a free night but honestly — no… As a business owner, the best I can say about this hotel is: It reminds me to consider the client.

Overall, we had a great time! I was a little worried after reading all the negative reviews about this place but it turned out to be a great place to stay. It was affordable and was in a great location in Nashville. We were easily able to get around from there and didn’t have any issues with our room. There is a slight dingy smell once you enter the lobby and the stairwell smells like smoke, assuming people go there to do so. That worried me a lot at first but once we got to our room the smell completely vanished. I would recommend staying here!

I’m a fan of an inexpensive 2 star hotel if I’m just staying for the night, but this place was really disappointing. I’ve stayed at Extended Stays before and they were nothing like this. First of all, there are 3 Extended Stay locations within a quarter mile of each other on this same road. So make sure you know which one you are booked at before trying to check in. The entire hotel smells strongly of cigarette smoke. Our room had an awful dingy smell to it. The bathroom wasn’t dirty but I would be remiss to call it clean. The appliances in the kitchen looked about 30 years old. There are no plates, cups or flatware like you normally find at an extended stay. The bedding was dingy. Thin sheets, flat pillows and a scratchy comforter. I was glad we had an extra blanket and sheet in the car to use. The bed was quite uncomfortable. I killed one flying bug that was crawling on a pillow, a large black spider crawling down the wall near the bed, and saw a daddy long legs on the door upon leaving. I really do not recommend this hotel. It would have been worth spending another $ 30-$ 40 to stay at a nicer place and have a more peaceful night.

Wish I had done a bit more research before booking this last minute reservation… I’ve stayed at Extended Stay properties before(in Nashville /Vanderbilt), but this was a trainwreck. Although we found the front-desk staff person to be friendly and helpful, the property is well beyond its shelf-life. Strong cigarette smell in the lobby and in the hallways. The room was, I hope, clean, but it looked dirty because it is so worn and shabby. The carpet and walls are stained discolored in prominent placed and the wallpaper is «dis-adhering» in places. We attempted to use the sofabed, but the mattress was all-but-unusable, with visible springs coming through the fabric on the side of the mattress. Sheets and linens were, thankfully, clean. On the bright side, the shower had good pressure ! Caveat emptor !

Extremely disappointed and feeling disrespected. How dare they advertise this hotel as anything other than a «crack den». I booked for a week there. When I arrived, I couldn’t sty not one night. My husband and I took one look around and refused to put our bags on anything cloth. The pull out couch had what looked to be jism stains. The carpet was dirt, y even through the patterned wall to wall«mats.» The bathroom mirror had burn marks. How do you set a mirror on fire? The sink had cigarette marks all over them. Which brings me to the conclusion, this was a temporary home of the meth head, Jessie Pinkman. I would have stayed in my car after driving 15 hours from NY than to spend an hour in that dump. I will say the Manager, Monique was polite and professional enough to refund my money without any hassle. Monique, deserves better.

First off, I’m an Extended Stay fan. Their properties are usually safe, clean, good values. Well, this was anything but that. Not sure where to start, but the hallway to our room reeked of weed. Next, the room itself smelled of smoke. Even more, the bed was disgusting. Cigarette burns in the sheets, bed bugs, and the sheets themselves were dirty. The window in the room was busted. The hide-a-bed sofa was both dirty and broken, and the bathroom was filthy. This hotel was booked through one of those discount hotel sites(you know exactly what I’m talking about). I called the company and demanded a refund. When I went to the front desk to turn the keys back in, the woman at the desk didn’t really seem to care, I didn’t even get an apology. This was an incredible disappointment. Avoid this at all costs. And if you need a place like this in Nashville, there’s a phenomenal MainStay Suites in Brentwood that’s well maintained and has a great staff.
