I hired Merry Maids to do a move-​out clean up for my house. They showed up on time were very nice and did an AMAZING job. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and will most certainly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have their home cleaned. THANK YOU KIM AND THE MERRY MAIDS STAFF.

My family really likes our Merry Maids team. They arrived on time and deep-​cleaned our home (not large – 1300 sq. ft.) in 2 hours, which impressed me because they charge by the hour for the 1st visit and could easily overcharge. (Been there, had that.) Because my husband and I work from home we don’t want cleaners who hang around for hours and hours. In conclusion, they clean quickly and thoroughly for a very reasonable price. Also the company’s bonded, which gives added peace of mind.

I did express my sincere dissatisfaction with the service provided and was offered a full refund, which I declined. The manager was super nice, apologized and tried to persuade me that they would send a better team of cleaners if I gave them a second chance. I ultimately did offer them a chance to redeem themselves, however shortly after I made the appointment, they called and cancelled.
