Una Mas Mexican Grill

I’m so disappointed. Ordered a chicken bowl with extra chicken and veggies. Got the order home and the top was covered in onions! Where’s the chicken? I actually measured it out I got a cup and a half of onions and a just over a quarter cup of chicken! How is that even extra chicken? Never again una mas !

The salsa bar is great, the crispy tacos are awful! Old cold food. What a ripoff!
The employees are much too lazy to make sure your order is fresh.
Never again.

Grabbed some nachos and quesadilla, fast and good, great grab n go food and right off 237!

The food is terrible. I have eaten here with my family over the years and I don’t know what happened in the last year. The food is cold and tastes like its sat for hours. They put two pieces of lettuce in your dish. It’s cheap. The guy wouldn’t even give me my free chips which the Una Mas corporate had a huge advertisement in the papers which I subsequently showed the worker. Once, twice and two bad food experiences and now I am never going back with family or co-​workers.

I’ve been coming here for many years. The burritos are the best, far better than anything I’ve gotten from Chipotle. I usually get a regular chicken burrito with black beans. I don’t always have to wait in a long line either. This is the place to go for those locals who are not sucked in by the trendy places with inferior offerings.

This place is horrible with orders twice i have order online and came in to pucknup and they dnt have my order really irritating and then ibhave to wait forever for the food to be ready… not happy with the service here

Unamas is generally very inconsistent with its food from restaurant to restaurant. It seems like you never know what you are gonna get when you order a standard food item. Some restaurants use different recipes and honor different specials. This particular restaurant upcharges you on the fountain drink. The food portions are small and taste funny when compared to the other unamas’s. My favorite Una mas is the Fremont location.

I am sitting in the restaurant at this moment. Looking down at the food I didn’t order. I don’t really expect much from a moderately priced (yes, this IS moderate for Mountain View) more or less fast food joint. That being said, I do expect to get what I was charged for. I know, we’re all human and we all make mistakes but when I politely point out your mistake and you repeatedly tell me ‚“That’s a burrito bowl.” when I’m clearly holding a quesadilla, I have to wonder what’s in that glass of «agua fresca» you haven’t put down once… not even while taking my order.
I admit it was quite creative when, at my insistence you took said quesadilla, slapped it into a bowl, added a scoop of rice and salsa fresca then slammed it down in front of me. Still though, not your finest moment. The fact that now you’re actively ignoring me and pretending you don’t hear my protests though I am standing two feet from you makes me pray Californians will be wise enough to never raise your wage to $ 15/​hr.
Thanks for the memories, disgruntled Una Mas employee. Oh, and enjoy the «burrito bowl» I purchased and left on your counter.

Horrible food even worse service. I ended up just walking out of the restaurant after two bites of my carnitas burrito. When I complained about my food the staff just looked at each with blank look. After 5 minutes I just walked out without getting my money. Waist of 10.00 I will never go back to Una Mas.

Great service and food! I’ve only been here a couple times but the lady that takes my lunch order remembers exactly what I like… amazing.

I ordered 3 steak tacos instead I got 3 fish tacos I hate fish never eating here again never come here if your thinking about it they’ll fuck up your order I want a refund on my order I wouldn’t even give this one star I would give it 0 or a half I’m very disappointed with there service and was really looking forward to a steak taco

Very average chicken and steak: the flavor was alright but did not seem fresh. My burrito was bland and I was not able to eat it all

I just picked up tortilla soup from here and it was missing the cheese which, let’s be honest, is a big deal if you’re a cheese lover. But what really got me wanting to write this review is the girl that actually took my order. First of all, she’s wearing gym shorts and looked as though she could hardly be troubled to walk up to the register to take my order, next my order (I believe) was called out but I didn’t understand what the person was saying, and then I look to the girl at the register and say «Hello,» «Hello,» «Hello,» — three times until she stopped texting on her phone and looked up and realized that I was trying to get her attention about whether or not the order the person called out was mine. I will not be going here again. And that girl either needs to stay home in bed or work someplace that doesn’t require good customer service. Blah, blah, blah!

The place is really dirty. Everywhere. The salsa was so past its prime I couldn’t eat it. I had the soup, was actually good until I saw the girl behind the counter. She rubbed her nose with her hand, then yawned and covered her mouth with the same hand, reached in side her shirt to rub or scratch her back then the best thing is she scratched her scalp for about 30 seconds then looked at her fingernails, then proceeded to wipe them on her jeans. Customers came in the door and ordered she took their order and their money. She scooped chips with the same freaking hand! My stomach turned! Make over for this place! Disgusting

Pretty quick service and each meal comes with tortilla chips. The tortilla chips are not crunchy enough for me but I love everything else!

Good food, very fresh. Ask for the famous hot sauce that they keep behind the counter!

I ate here. Wish I hadn’t. Only took one bite before I spit it out. Plus the service is horrible.

Notice the owner’s response: generic and not attentive to the details., just like «the Una Mas experience.» I’m intensely disappointed as the food can be very good, but isn’t worth numerous trips back to the counter before it’s right. I sincerely hoped the owner, at least, would be attentive to details, so the issues could truly be addressed, but his response indicates the opposite. Sigh… drop to 2 stars, so others aren’t mislead by my previous review. I had hoped that the owner’s response would have indicated an updated 4 star review, but that was not to be. :(

Really fast service and great food! I recommend their fish tacos and watermelon «agua fresca». Also, free chips and salsa with every entrée! I ate mine with the salsa ranchera which was pretty delicious! I’ve tried other locations and this one by far has the best food and customer service! A+!! Will definitely be back soon!
