Run… Avoid this place at all cost! I will drive to a different side of town before I support this location again until they correct there mgmnt. You better not even look as though your thinking about asking them a question here. My aunt and close friend had always said if you need beauty supplies avoid this location so I would always go to other locations and purchase since I had already been warned. Well let me tell you I was out and about and had to pick up some items for my aunt, I realized I had forgot as I was entering her neighborhood so I turned around and ran to this location really quick… boy was that a mistake! There was only one person working and about 10ppl in line. I’m assuming a mgr(*****##e) came from the back to help ring up customers and you could tell by her body language and her facial expression that she was irritated. Now everyone is entitled to have a bad day but, when your dealing with the public you should be able to mask your feeling especially when the customers haven’t done anything to you. When I saw her demeanor I instantly knew that she had to be one of the factors that has contributed to ppl driving out of there way to purchase beauty supplies else where. If mgmt doesn’t have interpersonal skills I def don’t expect it from the other employees. Customers were asking for items and all she could say is what we have is on the shelf! If you’ve noticed a decline in store sales let me help you out by saying this is probably why. Customer Service Refresher Courses Please!

I love Sally’s! I’m always experimenting with my nails and hair, so their products and prices are great. There’s nothing«high class» about the place; just get in, look around, and buy your stuff. The staff can be a bit short with you if you have questions, and the standard answer is «All that we have is what’s on the shelf». If they don’t have the item you are looking for, just get it online. It usually comes in quick. After breaking down the customer-employee wall, I was kindly informed that they have no idea what comes in the shipments until they unpack the boxes. Their hands are kind of tied. Also, I’ve seen some of the difficult customers they have to deal with(outrageously difficult), so I can see the automatic attitude. I’m not there to make friends though, I just want to get my products at a good price.
