The worst customer’s service I’ve ever encountered. My order was completely wrong and I waited nearly an hour.

There’s always a long wait even if you call ahead and if there’s not a single person at the store, you always have to wait at least 30 minutes. The online ordering system for this location is always down and whenever you call they always put you on hold right when they pick up, one time I was on hold for so long that I even decided to call another location. They also never greet you when you walk in. Horrible customer service but all these wing chains are usually like this, so no surprise there but at least have my food ready in a timely manner.

Why is it that these gaggle of thugs behind the counter even get paid? I placed an order for the family, waited 45 minutes (knowing they are gawd awful slow) and still have to wait an additional 45 minutes while watching others order and pick up there shitken right away.
I’m not a big fan of chicken wings in the first place and will leave that establishment to their own devices.
I do know that store will never get robbed though.

Horrible service and very very slow. Got order incorrect and not even an apology. Very disappointed. Not too many places in this area –Don’t waste your time. You are better off driving into sugar land and giving your business to a restaurant who values you.

I don’t really write reviews for franchises most of the time. But I guess there is time for an exception. I love wing stop. I can have the chicken I love the most almost any day of the week. So I wouldn’t write a review on a franchise. Well The thing is that the staff over here is a little bit below the level of performance on any other restaurant or we can stop you might visit. It’s nothing atrocious. It’s just that you cannot get a smile out of them. You cannot start a conversation with him. But maybe I’ve just had bad luck. I’ll keep trying to place because I love winks.

It shouldn’t be so hard to buy food from a restaurant. We love wings, and this is the only place around with real wings, so we are a captive audience, but the effort is just too much. Online doesn’t work; they’ll tell you when you show up to pick up your order that they don’t receive what gets submitted online. Calling is like trying to win a radio station contest — busy, redial, busy, redial, busy, answer, hold, hold, hold…Last week we called on Sunday at 8:00pm and was told it would be an hour. This week we called on Saturday at 10:00pm and was told it would be 45 minutes. That’s for me to pick it up! How? Finally, got an order in and went to pick up my family pack that should include vegetables. Was told to check the order (b/​c that is my responsibility) and I notice there were no vegetables, so I mentioned it and was told they were out. In and of itself, this is not a big deal, but when (1) they didn’t tell me and I had to figure it out myself, and (2) they didn’t apologize or offer any consideration for the fact that my order didn’t include everything I paid for, it just shows how they feel about their customers. We’re just lucky we even got a call in to win something from their radio station.

It’s just wings, nothing special about these. There is a patio at this location. Bathrooms are decent.

This location needs an upgrade on responding incoming calls. Either no one answers or you’re on hold for quite a long period of time.

I have given up on this location. Ordering app has been off-​line for over two months now. When I then call, all I get is a busy signal. Makes no difference whether the food is good or bad when you have poor service. Whoever owns this location needs to make serious improvements.

I wish there were ZERO stars to give this place, which is disappointing because they have had every opportunity to be successful. Their inefficiencies and poor service places them on the «FIRED» list of establishments in my book.
We called to place an order yesterday, but they were neither taking online nor phone orders. This was after almost 20mins trying to get through the busy signal. We decided to give them another shot… yet again (trying to understand that the recent growth in Missouri City, may be a factor to the reason why they are not scaled to adapt to this growth)…well, the phone rang… this time. But then the lady who answered not only put me on hold without my permission, but hung up on me. After a few failed attempts I finally got through (I obviously wanted some wings). A gentle man took my order, did not apologize for the recent hang up.
I wish I could say that was where the story ended. My hubby drives 10 miles to pick up the order and guess what. The CREDIT CARD machine is down! They failed to let people with call in orders know that.
Yep…FIRED is all I can say. They need some competition, but I think they should be closed and out of business if they continue down this path… at some point people will need to stop rewarding bad service.

I’ve always been a Buffalo Wild wings person and decided to try out Wingstop by ordering a ton of wings
I ordered Hickory Smoked BBQ, lemon pepper, Cajun, Garlic parmesan
The first thing I noticed is that all the smoked bbq wings were smaller wings than the others, like the ones from those Papa johns which isn’t cool :(
Lemon pepper tasted/​smelled like Clorox, cleaning products and was not my thing. My bro on the other hand liked it.
I liked garlic as it wasn’t hot or spicy and tasted great with dipping sauce.
The location looks like some fastfood place with food being rushed and is not spacious.
Price: Better prices than BBW
Wings: the wings seem to change shape based on the flavoring, BBW tend to keep same wings
Conclusion: if $ is a strong factor go here, (but double check prices on tuesdays & thursdays) otherwise go BBW

Waited over 30 minutes for my order. I asked and, «it’s working…» Again, I saw people who had come in after me leaving with their orders. Finally, I get a manager to learn my order was never made. They explained how my ticket was misplaced. I went to Center Court for wings instead where customers are not forgotten.

Wings are on par with other locations. Staff is rude and will ignore you when you are just requesting the drink you paid for. They don’t answer the phone when busy.

I love wings from wing stop. This location is a disaster. The phone is always busy, when it does ring no answers, or the English is so broken that I can barely understand them. The customer service is terrible. There is no greeting when walking in. The staff stands around in the back area screwing off. This place is a prime example of apathy at its finest.

First, I ordered online to save time. No dice. Despite the preorder and pay online and my showing up 25 min after the stated pickup time, when I arrived I was told ‘we just got the order, it’ll be another 20 min.’ Wth did I order online for? Then, the dude behind the counter starts noshing while working and that is just nasty. Don’t know about you, but I don’t want to watch you chew and look at the speck of dressing in the corner of your mouth while you work the counter… ewww!!! The whole experience left me with a not so great feeling. I’ll find a different location for future orders…

Saw many good reviews about the lemon pepper & garlic Parmesan so decided to go try it. I ordered both flavors, boneless.
The garlic Parmesan wings were way too dry & lacked flavor. The lemon pepper also weren’t coated enough at all!
I don’t know if they do this for the boneless wings to keep them crispy but at least put some of the flavor on the bottom or on the side so the wings aren’t just plain fried chicken! Disappointed.

Check your order at this location they have given me the wrong order twice. That probably starts because their employees show no respect to the customer and act like they are gangsters.

Wingstop is my jam. I used to go to Wingstop a lot back in San Antonio in between classes, multiple times a week and even on consecutive days. That’s just how much I loved this place! I remember during my freshman year in college a friend and I would always have a difficult time picking where to eat after class and this became the default, but there were never any complaints on either front. In fact a lot of great college memories are rooted in Wingstop.
So, not only do I have some good memories associated with this place, the wings here also just so happen to be my favorite. I always get their lemon pepper and mild wings with a side of their fries. I swear they put crack in their lemon pepper seasoning or something because those wings are super addicting! On the occasion I would get Wingstop to go and bring it back to my apartment and one of my roommates literally could smell it from the parking lot. I’m not even kidding, lol. As soon as I’d walk through the door, I would always be greeted by my roommate and her eager stomach asking me, «What ya got there?» even though I knew she already knew. The lemon pepper is so good that she would literally lick the paper liner for any leftover seasoning. I mean not that I don’t blame her or anything. It’s completely normal, absolutely nothing wrong about being borderline insane passionate about the food you eat. We’re all Unilocalers here, we get it…
Anyways, besides the wings, the fries are also a favorite of mine. They also put crack in these. They’re a combination of sweet and salty and just ridiculously delicious. I love dipping them in ranch, too. Just thinking about them right now is making my mouth water.
I’ve had wings from Wings N More, Hooters, other famous wing chains but I have to pick Wingstop as my ultimate favorite.

Check your order! Every time I order something here there has been a mistake. This time I ordered 20 drums two flavors. I got 20 wings 2 flavors. I called and spoke with the person who took my order, he told me to drive back and he will exchange them, I told him I was already at home with my hungry kids, and I could not drive there. I asked him if I did drive there what would he do for me, the response, nothing just replace the wings with drums. So I have to do his work and get no compensation. I asked to speak to the manager, and he said he is not here. As usual, I have never seen a manager here, and he responds, sorry those are the rules. What??? Rules at a restaurant? Pathetic. Took a picture of the wings will be showing it to the non existing manager tomorrow. Not happy at all.

Wing Stop is by far my preferred wing. I love the Lemon Pepper and traditional hot flavors! A cautionary tale: if you can’t withstand the highest of heats, do NOT try the Atomic wings! You’ve been warned.
In addition to the great chicken, there are a variety of great sides to indulge in, namely, their fresh cut French Fries. The menu is priced reasonably, and service is always quick and consistent.
