PARKING & SERVICE /​/​we came earlier so it wasn’t too difficult to find parking, but by the time we left later at night it was pretty packed. Inside had a decent line, but took forever. My friend and I probably waited 20⁄30 minutes just in line. But otherwise, our server (not sure what to call him?) was friendly. So
FOOD /​/​i got the like it, coffee and heath bar :))) stronger coffee flavor than usual, but definitely better. And lowkey pretty expensive though. And I tried the pistachio which was a neon green color, weird, it wasn’t the best.

I don’t know what people keep complaining about. Every time I come here I get great customer service. The ice cream is great, and I always feel welcomed coming here.

I come here often and always get a small ice cream. I finally get my bogo coupon for my birthday AND, They are out of Gotta Have It cups and thus they would not let me order a $ 8 gotta have signature mix. EVEN THOUGH I asked for them to just put it in another type of container like the pint size or even a smoothie cup. However THEY REFUSED WITH NO REASON GIVEN! Sorry Cold Stone but you can’t be the most expensive ice cream shop that exists and then not give your loyal customers 5 star customer service.

Every time I come here there is only one person working. So I understand why he is serious and dry with no greeting because he is working by himself doing everything. Management here really needs to schedule at least one more person and this store would be set. The wait time is ridiculous but again there’s only one person working.

I’ve been coming to this location with my boyfriend for about a year and have never been disappointed! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars, the owner is so nice to us but Marco has definitely won our hearts over. Every time we come we hope to see him! He’s amazing a deserves a raise! The customer service is always excellent and the price is fair for the quality product they provide. I’ve never had a problem with the speed of service that others are complaining about.
Overall, thank you Coldstone for always satisfying my craving for ice cream!

The wait was awful and the help was slow. They didn’t even seem to care that we were there. Worst service on this planet. We waited for 30 minutes for mediocre ice cream. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.

Not very welcoming. Before I ordered the guy helping me kept messing with his hair then going and helping other guests without washing his hands. Then I finally got to order and he was full of attitude throughout the whole process. I’ll think next time before coming again.

This ice cream is great! But make sure sure you have high patience if you happen to come here on a weekend. Line is usually long and there is always one or two people working only (or at least the times I have came it has only been one or two people working) cold stone ice cream is well worth the wait & I have never received rude service, but it would be nice if they had more employees

I know everyone is complaining about slow service, but people are not machines… give them some time. When I went in the three people working were trying to get through the line as fast as they could. Yes, I waited but come on people, patience! When I did get helped, the girl who helped me was so nice! So yes you might wait, but it’s not like you get rude service. The ice cream was good & I really liked the worker who helped me :)

I’ve have more good experiences then bad, but last nice the lady that helped us wasn’t very friendly and was rude to the ladies in front of me, but all the other employees have been wonderful, I’ll go back maybe it was her time of the month lol

Extremely slow service. Waited for about 10 minutes while one girl just ran back and forth past us doing other things. And that was after our long wait in line. They are very understaffed. The ice cream was very good though.

This was the longest I’ve ever had to wait at a Cold Stone. There were 3 employees working and only one of them, Kim, was working her hardest. The other two seemed to be inconvenienced that there was a long line. Lemarco was chewing gum while half of it was hanging out of his mouth, how disgusting when helping customers!!! Also filling up ice cream bins when he should be helping customers to get the line down. The other (no name tag) was complaining under his breath which was rather annoying. Every time someone would come in he’d get so frustrated. Definitely not coming back for poor customer service!

The last time I paid a visit to Cold Stone was while I was prego with my baby girl! I would crave this everyday! My mix: vanilla bean with brownies, caramel, and chopped almonds. Sweet marmalade it’s delicious!!! I’ve always ordered the «everybody» size for the family… Lol who am I kidding… For me. It’s all for me. From what I remembered, it would come with 5 free add-​ins and cost around $ 11. Boy, how things have changed. I was charged $ 16. Now I’m thinking I can bake my own brownies, buy ice cream and almonds and it would be cheaper than what I spent today. The service was friendly and the place was clean. So in the end they lose a star for the price.

UNDERstaffed!
Expect to be in line at this location for at least a half hour… longer on a Fri or Sat night. They really need to do something about scheduling and have enough people working because this is in a busy area and its there isn’t another one for at least 20 mins in either direction. Hope they get it together!

If you’re looking for overindulgence at its finest, look no further. The preset mixtures are great and the customization is nearly limitless. I’ve had a mixture of service here, most of the time it’s great but on occasion you can get a surly employee. The cost for what you get is very reasonable, and i recommend this to anyone from the sweet love to the person looking for a follow up to a movie date.
