Baskin Robbins

Just like any other Baskin.
My older sister lives close to here so I take my niece and nephew on ice cream dates. It’s clean and parking is easy. The staff is a little slow. If there is a line, no other staff will jump in and help they’ll just let the line get bigger. But all the girls that work at this location seem young so can’t blame them.
I tried the Splish Splash on my most recent visit. I love the tangy tarty flavors. It’s basically a splish of raspberry sherbet and splash of blueberry sorbet — hence the name ;)
Don’t have any major complaints about this location, keep it up!

This was the worst establishment I have even been! The computers were down and they only could do «Cash» transactions but I was ok with that, but the service was horrible! They must not care about being in business! I asked this young lady if she could help me and she said no because she was only there to replinish the freezer! So she pointed to, the girl with blue hair and said she can help you! Ok so she is staring at the computer and i, said can, you, hrlp, me she said no because I am helping someone else but she is in, the bathroom!!! Ok I understand they can’t ring anything up so why couldn’t she help us, it wasn’t like she was doing anything! 10 minutes later the lady is still, in, the bathroom no help and the blue haired girl is still standing there! No sure if she was on something but was not paying attention and she burned a waffle cone, you, could smell it! Unfortunately we told her we couldn’t waiting any longer and she just gave us a blank stare! Its not difficult to multi task! If i, we’re the owners of this store I would re-​eveluate my employees or be there to retrain them if they want to have a successful business… I will never re-​visit this store

Worst service by busy counter help. Not enough people behind counter. Girl that was suppose to help us automatically told us that the drink we wanted were going to take a long time to make and then she stood there just staring at us. Shes lucky we had our 4 yr old with us cause I was ready to walk and take our business elsewhere. .my husband then told her we still wanted our drinks and then when our sons ice cream was ready she just put it on the counter without telling us it was ready. Another customer had to tell us our order was ready. Lucky the ice cream was cold cause the store was warm and dirty thats why 2 stars. Get better employees BR. Your store looks like crap! Oh and that girl was slamming things shut and you could tell she didnt want to do her job.
To add to this review, we were trying to get our drink in a carrier because we had 4 drinks and a ice cream. we asked to get a carrier the girl said, she would have to look for one. when there was a few in plain sight. we pointed them out she roughed up a carrier enough to rip up the handles and tear the carrier and not unfold it properly. As we were about to walk out the door with our drink the carrier split apart and several customers looked on as my husband cought the drinks from the bottom of the split carrier. inches from the floor. people clapped and we left. When we got to the car. I noticed my drink was covered COVERED in cinnamon. .to the point of me having to scrape a great deal of it off in order for me to even drink and enjoy my drink.

We come to this store about twice a week and for the most part we order the same 5 or 6 things (big family) the service is always great and the girls are very nice and patient with my big order. This past weekend a very nice young lady helped us with our big ol order. Tonight she was there again and I noticed her name is Diamond. She remembered my ordered and again was so nice.

Love my home town BR! Follow them on Instagram for sweet deals. Everyone is very friendly. Although i have to admit they weren’t always — they’ve really stepped up their customer service! Ice cream portions are typical for a BR. I Always try to bring a coupon or go when they are having a special other wise it can be pricey. Everything is clean, service is great, & portions are ok.

Ok I admit, haven’t been here in a while. Staff was fine but it was the portions! I remember going and the ice cream sundae was a big scoop with all the fixings. Now it scoop is like a kids scoop and all this for $ 4 something?

Love coming here! Always had great service and the girls here are great! Of course I am biast towards the store, but even before working here there was always great services and maintained order from the previous and current employees.

2 stars only because the ice cream is still good. 3 young ladies working tonight, none greeted me. It was busy and each one of them were making something, but no multi-​tasking, no organization, is anyone in charge? By the time one girl rang me
Up for my two quarts of ice cream she still didn’t say hello, offer a spoon, or napkins, very short. I know it’s hard to hire entry level folks nowadays, but the manager got it wrong here. Retrain these employees and explain to them that working with the public requires a smile and courtesy.

Spacious and friendly, they don’t give you a hard time for using the coupons when you’re babysitting your niece either.

Like I said in my prior review Baskin Robbins has great ice cream. Sadly that will no longer bring me back to this location. The quality of the ice cream is what allowed me to give them 3 stars during my last review. I have been back a few times since and the service just continues to go down hill along portions getting smaller.
This location has some of the worst guest service and really tries to rip the guest off with the size of the portions they give. I say this comparing them to other locations I often go to. It must go back to the site owner who teaches his employees to under portion.
If you look at my reviews you see I love to give 4 and 5 stars and something has to be really bad to get 1 star from me. With the price of Baskin Robbins ice cream I wouldn’t waste my time or money at this location. It would be worth the drive to try a different location.
I for one won’t be back anytime soon.
