I have been a loyal NTB customer for over 1−½ years. I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation a few weeks ago and waited over 2 hours to have it done. On a previous NTB visit, I was told the oil pan plug was stripped and it would eventually have to be replaced. I asked who would pay for that since they were the ones who did it, and the associate told me it would be their responsibility. Anyway, after waiting for over 2 hours my oil was changed and I was told they were going to provide me with a quote to replace the oil pan. I told the associate that one of their associates told me they stripped it out and they were going to be responsible for it. He never mentioned the quote again. Fast forward two weeks ahead and my low tire light came on. I took it to a different NTB and was told I needed 2 new tires. They were awful. Obviously the Mesquite store didn’t rotate them or they would’ve told me they couldn’t rotate them in the first place. The last several times I have been to different NTBs they have been awful and wait times have been hours. I will continue to get my oil changed there until they finally have to replace my oil pan but after that, I’m done with them.

Great crew! Went in at 8pm on a Friday. They added air to my tires at no charge and had me out of there in 5 minutes… maybe 10. So friendly and professional.

on saturday the 12−8−12 @ 10;25 am they log me in i did not leave until 12;51 pm… all i got was a oil change… the online price is $ 19.99 but they charge me $ 24;99 + tax… i will not be going back and not recommend them… and they wanted $ 70 in labor foe a gas filter… not from me…
