Horrendous service! I had to flag down someone to come serve us after waiting forever, and they were nowhere near busy. A very lackadaisical waiter came & took our order with no apologies for the wait or explanation. We waited forever again just for drinks. I asked for a manager. A man came over who looked like he just came back from gator hunting — checked shirt, baseball cap, jeans. I explained the long waits & asked that they comp our appetizer. He said no. Excuse me?! The customer is always right. He said the only thing they could do is «make the visit awesome from here on out.» The manager didn’t fulfill his promise. We waited forever for our check. After we paid, the waiter informed us that he gave us the wrong ticket. Needless to say, we left no tip. Good food, but indifferent staff. One of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had.

Went here for happy hour. the glass they brought was broken… asked for tab and left. I paid $ 3.25 for a beer, I did not leave tip. Later I find out they charged more to my account and they added a tip themselves. Never going back there again.

Not the best location I’ve been to! Love Razzoo’s but this location could certainly use some customer service lessons. You could tell our waiter was high, he got distracted super easily anytime he came to our table, had to wait forever for drink refills, my mother in laws drink was empty for about 10 minutes before he came to check on us, by the time he brought her a refill, other drinks at the tables were empty. Customers at the bar were so loud we could barely hear each other talk, manager should have stepped over there and either asked them to lower their voice or leave. I could tell we weren’t the only ones bothered by this. Don’t think we’ll ever be back to this location.

Food was ok… customer service was atrocious. Had to wait 30 mins to get our drinks n… and the place wasn’t packed. Hostesses were so slyly rude and didn’t care about seating our party after we cane straight from my friend’s graduation. They were too concerned with letting us know they would not accommodate us if extra people showed up… like they didn’t also have money. Only stayed to eat cause my friend loves the food. But fir me bad service doesn’t fly. … Will never pay to go back

It was our first time here, we’re glad we went but we won’t be going back. Our waitress seemed super hungover. I mean you could tell! Her hair was a mess. Her eyes were red and had massive dark circles under them. She didn’t really exude confidence. We ordered fried pickles and were super disappointed because they were way too salty. Even the ranch couldn’t help them. Our waitress says the batter comes that way. What the heck? Their crawfish etoufee was amazing! My husband added more spice to it and loved it. I ordered the shrimp and cat and I wasn’t impressed. Their catfish was bland but the sauce and lemon helped a lot. Fries were ok and shrimp was ok. I feel like it was sitting under the lap along time. You can get better fish at Babes Chicken. We tried it and it was all just OK.

The staff is friendly and the food is good. The restaurant also has a nice atmosphere but it can get a little loud on game days, but what else would you expect. My go to for fried gator tails, and gator punch.

Context of review: Dinner with Aging parents while I can. Pleasant friendly atmosphere and moderate choice of healthy and deep fried Cajun cuisine. Moderately priced. Nice place to spend some personal time with those you love. Just live life on this one. Trust me. www. hannitywatch. com

Great service, great food! We went on a Friday night and ordered the 2 fish dishes under the Cajun favs section of the menu. Everything was fresh and timely. We got the gator punch for 2 to drink. You won’t taste any alcohol but it will definitely sneak up on you! We waited about 20 minutes for a table but that’s expected for a Friday night. All in all, everything was great!

A must have for happy hour is the Swap Thing! Half price appetizers. I also like the jalapeño catfish for dinner.

Been coming here for quite awhile now, they do have young student waitresses working part time. For the very 1st time, I was asked by a ghetto girl to show her my DL. When I asked, she said that they have issues with customers not paying their bills and walking out! When I asked for the manager, they said they have a ‘policy’ for people ordering alcohol to ask for their IDs. Really Razzoos?! Did you just singled me out of what?! Never again!

Food was good service was quick… will definitely come back again!!! The overall experience was 5 star… except the fact it was a little on the warm side… but that probably is a matter of personal comfort!

Service was great, its been a while since I ate at razzos so her suggestions were great. My food seemed a bit cold but overall it was OK. Should have order something else because I wasn’t satisfied with the dish.

Food is good. Great atmosphere. Lately the customer service has not been the best … But a great place to grab some Cajun food. My all time favorite plate is the Cajun Fried Chicken.

This location is busy on the weekends due to the proximity of the mall, but the staff manages well. It’s clean, fun and good eats for sure. Recently, I had the stuffed fish and it was yum! Full of flavor and flaked as it should. The stuffed shrimp were also delightful and well prepared. If you want an appetizer, I would say go with the fondue. It’s a Cajun dish and served up well at this location. This is a place you never leave hungry!

It was a delectable treat to cap off a busy day. I brought my daughter, Alli, and her friend, Magen, to feed the homeless alongside Mercy Chefs. Before our drive back to Shreveport, I needed to treat the girls to supper. They both ordered the fried shrimp. They must’ve loved it as they cleaned their plates. I got the cajun platter, I believe. A delightful sampler where I could enjoy shrimp creole, crawfish etoufeé smothered over dirty rice, red beans, and andouille sausage. That was a lot of food for around $ 12 bucks. I have to say my favorite two were the red beans and the etoufeé. Simply amazing and I was thrilled with the satisfying heat. Ironically, when we finished dinner, we piled in the van and drove home to Shreveport. North Louisiana isn’t known for decent cajun food. At least I haven’t found any.

Razzoo’s is a pretty good place for lunch, dinner, and drinks if you’re into drinking and dining in a chain restaurant setting. It’s pretty neutral, and I think that everybody could probably find something on the menu that they’d be willing to eat. There are a lot of different flavors that they have to offer. I think that my personal favorite fried thing to eat here is the«rat toes» which are stuffed jalapenos that are battered and deep fried. Even for a person that likes actually spicy things(which you cannot physically find in Dallas) these actually pack a little more punch than expected. If you don’t wouldn’t order anything with the word«habanero» in the title at any other chain restaurant, I wouldn’t consider ordering these unless you’re playing a prank on someone else at your table. As far as entrees, I like the jambalaya. It’s pretty consistently good. Last time I ordered the«Chopa-to-las» which was chicken breast over diced ham, country potatoes with some house sauce on it. I’d definitely recommend being adventurous on the menu selections if you’re going to come here often because a lot of my coworkers keep getting other things that look great. So why the 3 stars? Sometimes service is spotty. Personally I think the prices are a little on the higher side, but I think it’s because of the«exotic» food. Give it a shot though. What do you really have to lose?

I ALWAYS crave Razzoo’s. They serve some bomb cajun food here! If you don’t want to deal with the wait at Boiling Crab, I definitely recommend Razzoo’s. Ambiance and Service: I’ve been coming here for years and I have always loved the interior. You really do feel as though you’re in the heart of New Orleans. Whenever we have family in town, we love to take them to Razzoo’s. The atmosphere is just so lively. I’ve never experienced bad service at any of the locations I’ve visited. They have a lot of space to accommodate big parties also. Food: You can never go wrong with almost everything on the menu! The best appetizer is their Rat Toes. It sounds so gross but when they bring them out they literally look like toes! LOL! Rat toes are fried crab/shrimp stuffed jalepenos. It’s seriously so tasty and spicy. I LOVE it. I also enjoy their Shrimp Creole which is a spicy cajun tomato based sauce with shrimp on rice. And lastly you can not miss their crawfish when it’s in season. You have the option to choose from their spicy or mild blend. GETITSPICY! I promise you won’t regret it. Drinks: Razzoo’s also has an amazing drink menu! They have a good selection of fruity/sweet drinks. I always enjoy drinking here. I typically get their«Frozen Hurrycane», but if you’re with a group of 4 or so you should definitely order the«Gator Punch». Be careful though, because it’s pretty strong. There are 6 different liquors inside. The fun part is that it’s served in a big fish bowl and each person is given a 2-ft straw. The drinks are also decorated nicely with beads and other colorful things. It’s pretty entertaining. Overall, I definitely recommend Razzoo’s for kids, adults, families, everyone! There’s usually a long wait on weekend nights but I promise that it’s definitely worth the wait. Quick tip: Happy hour is Monday-Friday, 3pm-7pm on appetizers and drinks!!!
