This place is in the middle of nowhere. I was only here because of the band~ Food: The Japanese food was bland. I had the Pink Lady rolls and it just tasted like rice and defrosted shrimp. Safe choice: Can’t go wrong with Gyoza. Overall Experience: I thought smoking is prohibited in restaurants in NH by law? There was this Asian guy who sat close by me blowing smoke all over the place and throwing down shots. I was so disgusted, I moved my seat. Then I found out he was the manager. He was sitting there drunk out of his mind and taking selfies with his staff all night… And smoking! It was baffling that this restaurant is still in business. That explains why it was dead on a Saturday night(or could be the food). Yikes!

This gem is tucked away in an already run down shopping center and it too, should be closed. Out dated décor, sub par Chinese food and less than enticing cocktails. Service is less than average which is mirrored by a manager/owner that drinks and smokes among customers. Mind you, smoking inside establishments is prohibited by the law. The only positive of this night was seeing a band while we had dinner(the only reason for 2 stars and not 1). Though the place was empty, they were amazing. A total shame to see such talent wasted for a place like this.

Food is okay. Atmosphere is lousy, loud. Feeble attempt at being a night club. Large tv dominates wall where they stuck in traffic people. First and last time!

Best in town in its respective category… fast delivery… always fresh… try the rice noodles with any protein and add veg to it… all the sushi is bomb as well…

We really like this place. Service isn’t great but but selection is awesome and the sushi is really good at a good price. Huge selection do something for all.

We live in town, and we have eaten both in, and have had delivery, and also take out… The food has always been very good, and the sushi has always been fresh and delicious… But– the last time I went in by myself, I sat at the sushi bar, and ordered a Phoenix Roll– which is shrimp tempura and avocado inside, with lobster salad on top… I was very disappointed… It came out with maybe a ½″ of what didn’t even resemble lobster, salad, or lobster salad… It was a starchy, gummy, concoction, and it most definitely didn’t taste like lobster– ATALL. It was an odd color, beigey-pink, actually… And the general size of the roll– minus the gunk on top, was very small… For $ 13.95, extremely disappointing… What’s up, Pacific Fusion? Why would you do me like that?! What I have also noticed, is that there is a rather swift turnover with the staff. Sure, there are a couple of employees that have been there a long time, but the rest come and go… Shape up, PC.

I ordered the Queen Roll and edamame for a quick take out lunch and was hugely disappointed. The roll was not as described. Instead of salmon and tuna on top, it was tuna and yellowtail. And the lobster salad inside was a pinkish colored paste with no resemblance to lobster in look, feel, or taste. I had one bite and couldn’t tolerate another. The edamame was shriveled and had clearly been recycled or sitting out for a while. If I had dined in, I would have returned both. I eat sushi all the time and was excited to read the reviews as Unilocaled haven’t steered me wrong… Until now. Definitely not returning.

Awesome sushi! Great selection! It is a bit more expensive than other Chinese places around; but the food is of a much higher quality by far. Worth the price difference!

I go here about 3 times a month. Best Japanese chinese fusion of food around. This is a family restaurant that takes extreme pride in there food. The owner and father are always there working just as hard as anyone els. Highly recommended. Little hint, order the zombie;)

In sort, I would rate it somewhere between a 3.5 and a 4. I would go again. My boyfriend and I tried this place on a Wednesday. The ambiance reminded me of a dive Chinese bar. So I didn’t have high hopes.(But I will tell you, I was pleasantly surprised with their food). There were a group at the bar but we choose to eat at the sushi bar. My boyfriend and I ordered spicy salmon maki, chow mein, and moo shu. The sushi was okay. The fish was picked up on Tuesday and tasted very soft, creamy, and fresh. But the spicy salmon was flavorful but non’t very spicy. My boyfriend, who typically is the first to cry from spicy foods, drowned his maki in the side spicy sauce and said, «This is spicy?». Next time I’ll try the salmon nigiri because … the fish was very tasty. My boyfriend was very happy with his chow mein and my moo shu was excellent. They didn’t put too much oil, it wasn’t soggy, and the vegetables were crisp. Excellent flavor. The flat bread was soft. I have had moo shu in other restaurants in Merrimack. This one was the best! Oh, and the wait staff was very friendly.

Went to this place twice and no more. Ordered the egg drop soup it looked like raw egg in chicken broth it was nasty, half the food was cold. Bar staff non-existent the person running the front desk/cash register did most of the work. 2nd time — Ordered meal with sushi and they came out with just the rice in about one minute and waited just about 30 mins for the rest besides the sushi. Half of what we got was cold and again the bar staff non-existent … this place might have had 15 people in restaurant, I might understand if they were busy. Also when we were ready to cash out they showed up with the sushi I ordered when I was asking for my check… also some one else wrote about the chicken fingers … yes looks like something you would buy from you freezer section and Wal-Mart.

Walking in to pick up a takeout order, it smelled like smoke and brought back memories of college bars… old beer and cigarette smoke. The food was average. The chicken fingers were good but different. Not your typical Chinese food chicken fingers. Crab rangoons were not good. The filling was sweet and tasted completely artificial. Would I go back? No.

Came here for lunch today… first time since it was Silver Maple. Had sushi(Merrimack roll & Peppered Tuna roll) and it was very good. I’d come back here without a doubt.

I didn’t even make it to a table. Sunday night, and it reeked of stale smoke and spoiled food. I know that they are a bar/fusion restaurant. But still.

Tonight was our second time getting take out from Pacific Fusion. So far, we are really impressed with their food. The things that stand out are the house rice, beef teriyaki, and especially the Peking noodle. Unlike ANY other I’ve had. Huge, thick noodles and tasty ground meat on top. So good. Nothing was bad, but things they could improve on are making their egg rolls less greasy and doubling the amount of food in the Pu Pu platter for two. It seems that they only give you two of each item, which isn’t enough, in my opinion. Merrimack is home to many great Chinese food restaurants and Pacific Fusion is definitely top shelf.

I ordered lunch takeout from Pacific Fusion(former Silver Maple), located in a very empty shopping plaza(old Shaw’s). The place offers full service dining, a bar area, and takeout. They also have karaōke here at night. I ordered the L1 Shrimp Lo Mein($ 6.25/$ 7.00 in 2015) served with pork fried rice, choice of appetizer(crab rangoons) and soup(hot & sour), which was ready to go in under 10 minutes after ordering. The portion of food was a modest lunch portion, served in an aluminum container with compartments. The lo mein dish had soft shrimp(most deveined), carrot, celery, and cabbage tossed in firm soft noodles. The fried rice(gold color) had carrots, peas, onions, and tender roast pork in soft rice. The crab rangoons(semi folded on top) were crispy and had a very sweet and smooth cream cheese filling. The hot & sour soup had whipped egg, bamboo, bean curd, mushrooms, and vegetables in a mild spicy broth. All of the food was tasty and fresh and I would order from Pacific Fusion again. I ordered the Eggplant with Garlic Sauce and Szechuan Style Tofu on subsequent visits, both were good.

My husband and I had take out from Pacific Fusion the other night and we were pleasantly surprised! We had ordered from the Chinese restaurant that was at the same location previously and did not care for it at all. We ordered General Gau’s and Chicken Lo Mein. Both had good flavor and were cooked just right. We went for a walk while we waited for our food and the hostess greated us outside on our way back with our food! :) We will definitely be going back!

Pacific Fusion is in the same plaza Silver Maple was in. They have updated a few areas of the place. The left half is now the Lounge/bar area, with what I have to assume will be a Karaōke Stage in front of one of the giant windows. The seating on that side is filled with high top chairs and tables. The right side is now the dining room and Sushi Bar. They will ask if you want to sit at the tables, or at the Sushi Bar. We opted for the tables. There is a very large projector with TV pointed at the far wall. Definitely makes the wait for the food to go by a lot quicker. We went to dinner here on a Sunday night during their Soft Opening, mind you this means they have been open to the public for a whole 3 days. I had ordered a Scorpion Bowl to share with my bf and a plate of Crab Rangoons to split with the table. The drink was cute, center was on fire where some places just put a few cherries. However, the amount of ice in the drink was a tad overwhelming. Usually it takes us through dinner to finish a bowl for 2 off, and we had polished it off before our actual entrees came. The Rangoons were a bit of a downer, the presentation is very nice, however the crab to cream cheese ratio just plain stinks. Not the best or even the second best I’ve ever had. I ordered the beef with broccoli. My bf ordered the Mongolian combo, another member of our party got the Sesame Chicken. Again presentation was wonderful, however their dishes were on big square dishes and mine was on a smaller rectangle, in reality I know we all probably got the same hefty portions, but to me mine just looked smaller. When ordering you have the options of white or brown rice. However when asking for fried rice(this is a side dish and costs extra) the waiter stated the options were white or brown. This may be due to inexperience and not knowing that if some one asks for something you can mention that its OK and just explain that if they do want that, it will be at an extra charge. Not telling them they cant have that because it doesn’t come with the entrée. The beef with broccoli was good, nothing too special but on a scale of Lilac Blossom(Good) to 98 Take out(Bad), its right in the middle but closer to Lilac Blossom. My bf enjoyed the Mongolian combo and the sesame chicken was OK. It was also very chilly in the dining area, not sure if we were under a vent but it sure did make my food get colder a lot quicker than it should have been. I wasn’t sure at first if the food came out cold or was just getting cold until another member of our party stated she was almost shivering. All and all stating in advance this is their Soft Opening that we went to, I do plan on giving them a second chance, the food was not horrible, and the drinks were fairly priced. Just cut about half the ice and it would be much better.
